Just not that impressed. Hard to get appointments (they are only in Appleton a couple days a week). Hard to get any updates on the progress of my son, I had to call several times and ask specifically for updates and to get questions answered, not sure why?

Everyone was so friendly. They made our child feel at ease about everything and were patient with him. The orthodontist did a great job explaining the plan.

Dr. Buehler is great he is always willing to help his patients achieve their goal. I had awesome results from Dr. Buehler. I had a terrible under bite, but now you could never tell I had one. I also had the occasional brace pop off and the people at Deerwood get you in as quickly as possible to fix a brace or perminant retainer if it comes loose or falls off. Additionally he also gave me a good idea of how long everything was going to take and what he was doing throughout the process.
