The staff there is very polite and attentive. They make sure you're aware of what's going to happen and what is happening during the process. The front desk acknowledge you upon arrival and exiting the office. The wait time is to a minimum. The staff is great. Thank You for the great service Be Blessed and Be a Blessing Ms. Boyd-Coleman

Really disappointed to not be able to remain a patient, loved coming here as my dentist but since the location changed and they decided to not be in network with Florida Blue I can't afford to go to an out of network dentist. Hopeful they will take the necessary steps to be in network in the future.

Nobody likes going to the dentist but the staff and doctor are very welcoming and try very hard to make you feel comfortable there. After getting some work done the doctor called me that night to check on me and then gave me her cellphone number if I had any issues to call her that is awesome. The staff is always nice and try to explain everything including costs. I have Never waiting more than 5 mins to be seen they schedule very well even with a last minute call. If your looking for a great dentist and staff this is the place.

I was referred to this office by a co-worker, Erika Wallace, and I believe it will be a great fit. Everyone in the office made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They answered every question, listened to what I had to say and gave feed back. I didn't feel rushed when I was talking about my experience with dentist work I've had. I have been going to the Deerwood Dental Group for 14 years, it was referred from a friend when i first moved to Jacksonville. i have brought half dozen friends, including my wife. That explain my rating pretty much. From the girls in the front, the assistants, hygienists and doctors have been nothing but outstanding.if work doesn't need to be done, they will tell you, what I mean. What I mean by this statement.HONESTY, an attribute getting scarce.

I went for my regular teeth cleaning. Lisa was awesome as always! She is very thorough and is great at making you feel comfortable. I didn't see the doctor this visit. The new office is great!

The staff is great. They are understanding, efficient and friendly top to bottom. I find the pricing reasonable and treatment plans well explained. I also brag to my friends that the caps are made in house while you wait and are installed in one appointment as opposed to two or more visits days or a week apart.

I had a major problem with a tooth and naturally it was at 9pm at night. Called the office and a recording gave me an emergency number which my wife called. The Doctor called back and set me an appt. For the next morning. Everyone in the office has a great personality. I have been going there a few years and won't go anywhere else.

This was one of the BEST dental visits I have ever had in my life ! The staff is friendly & courteous , and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I can't say enough good things about them !! Recommended them to 3 of my co-workers the next day ! Thank you again, Virginia

Since the pandemic, my family and I have not been able to see our regular hygienist. Today, my service was provided by her and I was so surprise and excited! This office is staffed with some of the most kind, caring and compassionate individuals. I recommend this office to anyone who is looking to receive care from individuals who care. I love my dental team!!!!!!

Deerwood Dental Group has been our family dentists since moving her in 2003. Dr. Amy is always up to date on the latest technology and techniques. They are all very friendly and professional. November 2020 It is always a pleasure going to see Dr. Amy and her team. They are very professional, caring and respectful to my whole family. I can't recommend them enough.

Jody has been cleaning my teeth for years. She is very thorough and caring. Dr. McMahan is a wonderful dentist. I am very happy with the crown work she did for me several years ago.
