whoever the receptionist is, is very rude i called to try to confirm an appointment as well as the time for it but instead was rudely hung up on. Didn't appreciate that, and the experiences i've had here prior weren't great. i'll be reconsidering ever coming back here.

I went in for some routine work and Bridgett was my tech, she was really patient, and explained every single thing to me as we went along. That may not seem like a big deal, however ~ I am one of THOSE patients... you know the kind, I jump at every noise, I am a big baby and I think everything hurts and I ask allllll the questions. She took this in stride and never missed a beat. That is talent! Alex also assisted me and she was professional and courteous and told me exactly what to expect next. Dr. Naga is sincerely genuine, it's obvious that he cares about his clients and their care. It means something to him, it's really evident in his questions and his thoroughness. I love Deerfoot Trails! Honorable mention to the girls up-front because they are the very best!! Always smiling, always helpful, always knowledgeable. The office and rooms are clean and tidy, and the shows on the t.v. in the background are NOT Wheel of Fortune (thank goodness) The wait is never long thanks to the smooth running of this office.

I went and had 2 teeth pulled today and it went great sweet and kind people always nice and make sure your confy in the chair and don't keep you waiting I recommend them

Unless you have time to kill, I would avoid going here. I waited over 2 HOURS to be seen and I even had an appointment. Ridiculous.

Awesome Staff. They were friendly and chill the whole time. Only issue was I had to wait 45 ish minutes in the back for the dentist to check my teeth. But all in all good experience, it wasn't a scary visit like some other dentist offices I've been to.

Dr.Naga and his hygienist Amanda are awesome. I am very phobic where I can't sit in the dentist chair without anxiety medication. Dr. Naga has been so very patient with me and has assured me every step of the way through my treatment plan. I can't say thank you enough for helping get good dental care again.

Stellar service from the moment you enter through to your departure. All staff here are gracious and efficient! I had really fallen behind on my dental upkeep. However; the staff were kind and gentle and gave me not only options regarding my personal wants on how we proceed, but also let me know of cost and insurance benefits to help me make the best choice for myself personally, medically and financially. Would absolutely recommend Deerfoot Trails for your family's dental needs!

I'm like most people I'm not really fond of going to the dentist but The whole team made us feel welcome as soon as we walked in the door. They were very conscientious of making me feel comfortable. They were very detailed oriented as the process was going along and how much of a pocket I would be spending. I would recommend them to anyone.Thank you Amber, Alex ,Jasmine and Dr Naga
