Dr. Grant Francis grew up all over Utah and in Eastern Idaho. He graduated Dental School from Case Western Reserve in Ohio, and has been practicing for over 20 years in Idaho. Dr. Francis and Andrea (the love of his life) have 4 kiddos. Dr. Francis and Andrea were able to welcome two new family members into the family when their son and daughter got married here recently. Their youngest just graduated High School this last year and will being joining her older siblings in Provo, Utah for school. That will make Dr. Francis and Andrea empty nesters except for their 4 legged child at home that seems to appreciate all the attention he gets now. Dr. Francis loves to be around his familywatching the Dodgers and skiing.

The aligners are a solid piece of plastic that is strong enough to put pressure on specific parts of your teeth to slowly move them into a better position.
Brandi is our office manager and came to work for Dr. Francis in July 2018, but has been in the dental field for over 20 years. She is very knowledgeable about the dental field and enjoys helping others maximize their dental insurance. She and her husband have been married for 27 years and just recently adopted a cowboy corgi puppy, Missy. In their spare time you can usually find them competing at the local team ropings.
Jeannie has been working for Dr. Francis since September 2018 and has found her second home. She has been in the dental field for over 15 years. She married her high school sweetheart, Gary of 33 years. They have 3 adult children, 4 dogs, and have lived in Eagle Idaho for 26 years!
Alexis is our full time dental hygienist and has worked at Francis Family Dental since 2017. Alexis grew up in Nampa and attended Idaho State University Hygiene program where she met her husband Jason. They moved to Utah after she graduated with her bachelors degree but came back to the Treasure Valley at the first chance they had. She loves to read, play all types of games, travel, bake and be silly with her two young daughters. She can play the cello.
Jill is our other full-time hygienist, we had to work extremely hard to sway her to come work for us. She has been with us since June 2018. Her passion for dental health and educating patients on their dental needs makes her a great addition. Jill is the mother of 2 amazing adult boys that she loves spending time with them and their wives. She just welcomed her first grandbaby the end of 2021! She enjoys gardening in her spare time.
Meet Shannon! She has worked with Dr. Francis for over 10 years and considers the office her second home. She has three rambunctious boys that keep her busy and in an attempt to even out the boy to girl ratio in her home her family adopted two female giant schnauzers. When she isnt working she enjoys fly fishing, refinishing furniture, interior decorating, and playing fetch with her puppies.
Anne started working with us in 2021 just after we moved into our new building. She has been a dental assistant since 2002 and enjoys the variety she gets on a daily basis dental assisting. Outside of work Anne enjoys spending time with her 3 girls and her husband. She recently pickup p archery and loves spending time outdoors, working out crafts and decorating. We are very lucky that Anne decided to come work for us here at Deerflat Dental.
