Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. By making images easier to see, its helpful in gaining a better understanding of oral health conditions and suggested treatment.

The best dental experience I've ever had. I had Bryce as my dental hygienist, he was very gentle and professional. He took the time to teach me how to take better care of my teeth. 10/10 would recommend Deerfield modern dentistry!

Does anyone ever want to go to the dentist? After visiting Deerfield Modern Dentistry, I am actually looking forward to my next appointment. I scheduled an emergency visit online Saturday night and had an appointment first thing Monday morning. I waited for about an hour before they took me back, but it was 100% worth the wait! Dana was my hygienist and she was very comforting and easy to talk to, very knowledgable. Dr. Tina was my dentist, and I can honestly say, I have never had a favorite dentist until now! I felt so cared for and completely understood every step of what needed to be done. She made sure I was on the same page and felt comfortable. She also really, REALLY knows her stuff! The front desk team is full of lovely ladies who give you A+ service and attention. I can't say enough about how thankful I am that I found this team!

Bryce is awesome I came in expecting lots of pain and discomfort but I was wrong. I'm so dramatic but I literally got a deep cleaning scaling and it was a cake walk. 10 out of 10 I'm telling everybody to switch to here, period! So I got to give this place an update this the first dentist to ever check my blood pressure it was 180/112 I didn't know what that meant told my mother ended up at the ER I had no idea I was in danger of a stroke I felt nothing. This place is thorough and saved me

Doctor Tina is an amazing dentist, my favorite. Dr. Akhanan explains every detail you need to know about your immediate issue and she takes her time to have the job done and make you smile.
