The initial first time exams and xrays were very uncomfortable and annoying. The entire process took a little over 2 hours!!! There was also a lot of wait time in between seeing the dentist. I had to request to see the dentist to start the cleaning. The office is 100% electronic and digital which has pros and cons to that process. The whole experience was completely different from any first time dentist I've been to in Michigan. I have to go back to have work done and because I might as well follow thru on this long process.

Ever since the new "office manager" took over this place is a s show! Super unorganized, rude staff, countless errors!!!! Families beware! Take your business elsewhere. Ineptitude at its finest.

Incredibly RUDE staff. Do not go here. Incompetent and completely unprofessional. For this to supposedly be a professional medical office, there are incredibly rude, condescending, and uncaring about who and how they deal with people. BEWARE!!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. VERY INEFFICIENT. My dad made an appointment 6 months ago for a cleaning today, September 20th at 930am. He found out yesterday from the dental office that they hadn't received approval from the VA. So my dad called the VA, who told him that they had sent the approval already but will send it again. Today, my dad called the dental office to see if they finally got the approval- they did, so they told him to come in for a 12pm appointment. My dad arrived 15min early, then waited for over 45min in the waiting room. He asked the girl at the desk to see how much longer he'd have to wait since it was already past the time of his appointment. Finally, the dentist called him and led him to the room, where the dentist started to review my dad's meds. After all this wait, he was told that she couldn't perform his cleaning because he takes blood thinners... My dad is upset and frustrated because he waited all this time for nothing. He had been here twice before and did not have this issue- once was a deep cleaning and they even suggested a tooth be pulled out. However, today she told him he couldn't get a cleaning without a release from his doctor due to a risk of bleeding out. He understands that there are procedures that must be followed, but they should have reviewed his records beforehand or scheduled him to come in on a different day, rather than telling him to come in today because he basically wasted his time. He has a heart condition and this caused him a lot of stress and frustration.

The staff and Dentist here are pleasant. I have one concern though. During my 1st visit in August, they took x-rays and photos of my teeth. Dr. Lee explained that I needed a deep cleaning based on the x-rays. During my 2nd visit on Sept. 15, 2022, a different dentist (I didn't hear her say her name) examined my gums and took measurements. She explained that I should be listening for 1's-2's-or 3's. She never went higher than 3 during her exam, and informed me that I needed regular cleanings every 6 months. With that being said, they didn't perform a regular cleaning at that time. My guess is that I didn't need a cleaning despite the last one, which was a deep cleaning, was done June 2021.

First time at this clinic. Had a very good experience with Dr. Olivia Tsang. She was very professional, thorough and patient. She showed and explained to me my tooth ailment and the proper course of action for the treatment. I will definitely be back for more work as needed.

Overall my experience was ok but It seems that they switched doctors on me. I was suppose to see Dr. Adrian Lee but instead saw Dr. Tsang. I also had to wait several minutes before being seen even though I got there early, I was the last one to be taken to the back. On the positive note, the dental assistant was thorough about the pricing and they did offer a payment plan for those paying out of pocket. In addition, I felt that Dr. Tsang was a little pushy with me regarding paying for dental work I wasn't ready to pay for. In conclusion, I believe that I had a decent experience but don't think I'll be returning for my own personal reasons.

This place changed my life. I have had wonderful experiences interacting with everyone that works here throughout my dental care. From the front desk to my dentist, they are all awesome people. They are kind, nice, thorough, and very caring. I could not think of a negative thing to say if you paid me. I have a long, long history with dentists and I was outsourced to this business from the VA. I was beyond nervous on how it would work out because I had dug myself into a hell of a hole when it comes to teeth. I could not be happier and it is now the smile I have dreamed of my whole life! Thank you everyone at Deer Springs. Don't go anywhere else:)

Absolutely LOVE this dentist. The best customer service ever... Literally, friendly staff, they educate you, and let you know everything they are doing to ensure that you are comfortable and that your dental needs are painless. From the front desk, dental assistants, hygienist, to Dr. Lee. Everyone is so nice and happy. I absolutely enjoyed my dental visit. Thank you so much for taking such great care of me. So far they get a strong 5 stars from me. Went in on Monday to meet and introduce myself. Told them what problems I was having. They were able to book me in the next day. The staff from the front desk are so friendly and helpful. On my first visit on Tuesday I we examined and full mouth xrays. Since it was late in the day they decided to start my deep cleaning the next day and to split into two days. Today's visit was deep cleaning of the lowers.I knew they would have to be aggressive since I had not been to the Dentist if over 4 years. The hygienist and the assistant were both so nice and professional. They numbed me up and did a very thorough job,,, NO PAIN at all. I will update after my root canal and Crown and all the other work I will need. So far, they are great and convenient.

Deer Springs is top notch. I've never felt more comfortable with a dental experience in my life. From Kenny at the front desk to Jenni doing the my cleaning and Dr. Yeam doing the rest, everything was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and easy going. If you're not particularly fond of the dentist, I wouldn't look anywhere else.

I made an orthodontist appointment for myself and my son. I was asked if we ever had COVID. I told them we did last August. I was told that the orthodontist requires proof of negative test from that far back. My son tested at southern Nevada health district, which required you to request medical records for Covid test results over 90 days and the records request will take an extended period of time to receive. I understand the concern for resent Covid illness but requiring test results from 7 months prior is absurd. I cancelled my appointment.

I lost my benefits of the year because of them! And the manager Claudia is very unprofessional never going back. They never give instructions of my surgery and I was unable to do it . now I lost my benefits of the year.

This place is all about money and not at all focused on the patient's needs. They would not clean my teeth without getting an x-ray done in clinic. I let them know I have current X-rays I could have sent over from my dentist and they refused to provide service without an X-ray done in clinic. Very unprofessional. Misleading information about services. I was not informed verbally or in writing that I would have to consent to an X-ray if I needed teeth cleaned.
