So happy to see Mary Ann when I came in and Dawn. Just love this dentist office it is the best and Dr Kay was exceptionally nice. I trust them fully. Had a wonderful cleaning experience too and the technician was excellent.

I don't even know where to start! All I can say is this place is amazing! From the second you walk in Maryanne greets you like she has known you your whole life and remembers everything about you, the entire staff is is so kind and the genuinely care about and your well-being. Dr. Bitner is so knowledgeable and gentle! I can't say enough great things about this place I fell in love with how amazing the staff is here! If you're thinking of a great dental place look no further it's this place!!

Dr. Kay and his team were amazing! From booking to getting physical care-- they were accommodating, comforting and went above and beyond meeting every need of mine with professionalism. After having a filling at another practice, I was still in pain and was uncertain why. I went back to that same practice of receiving the filling-- was told there was nothing wrong with the filling and was sent on my way. Fast forward a few months, my pain never subsided-- I decided to call Dr. Kay's office after he was referred to me. They got me in for an appointment the following day. Dr. Kay and his team patiently listened to all my concerns, checked what was going on and explained all the possibilities why there would still be pain. They explained the best steps to take to figure out why I'm feeling pain and proceeded with the plan-- encouraging me to call back in "X" about of time if the pain is still present. I am so glad to find this team and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist! Thanks so much Dr. Kay!

The team at Dedicated Dental Studios provides the gold standard for service - they are kind, thorough, and professional at every level of contact. They have handled everything from routine cleanings and exams to more technical procedures for me. I needed two dental implants and had the best experience with Dr. Joe and Dawn. Every step of my treatment plan was clearly explained and flawlessly executed and I am so pleased with the results! Always a great experience whether it's getting my teeth cleaned or extensive dental work done I actually enjoy going to my appointments everyone that works there are truly professional and a pleasure to see and I'm not just saying that because they enjoy my lasagna or baked ziti

I literally hate going to the dentist... as far as dentists go, this was the best experience I've ever had... Dr Kay & Dawn were amazing... from start to finish... I am so happy with my new smile.. the entire staff made this whole endeavor so much easier... thank you so much!!!

Yelp "Dr Kay is an excellent dentist and truly the best you will find . He really goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, and taken care of properly- thats why I don't mind traveling 1 hr and 30 min for my appointments with him! The office is clean with modern technology and everybody there are very friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Dr Kay and his team! . I just wish I found him sooner!

What a wonderful experience I have had over the last several months going to this office. I like many others, am not a big fan of going to the dentist, but after receiving several procedures, from this office, I am not nearly as apprehensive as I used to be. The whole staff including Mary Anne the receptionist, Dawn the assistant, Erin, and of course, the two dentists, Dr. Kay and Dr. Joe are to be commended for their caring and excellent care.

Amazing practice with awesome people! Very warm and happy place to be from reception to the exam rooms. Best dental experience I've had, even with it being a root canal and crown. Dr. Kay And Dawn where great and made me feel comfortable and informed the entire time. 10/10 would recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this practice. The staff are warm, knowledgeable, and professional, and the quality of their work is unmatched. Dr. Joe handled a recent dental emergency with remarkable skill and artistry, and the office got me in and out fast enough that I didn't miss a beat. Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Kay and Dawn are fantastic, as is the rest of the staff. They addressed all of my COVID-related concerns and were extremely attentive to details. Dr. Kay checked in with me to follow up after the procedures to see how I was feeling. Just great people. Can't recommend highly enough!

Amazing amazing office and staff!!! Dr Kay and all his staff are absolutely amazing. I am terrified of the dentist normally but they made me feel calm and we're so gentle and understanding. I cannot say enough good things about them truly. I need a lot of work and they did not make me feel judged as some others have.

A fantastic experience from beginning to end! Dr. Joe is no doubt the best dentist I have ever been to! Professional, courteous, and quick. Office is very nice and clean. His adaption to technology not only allowed him to diagnose my problem quickly, but also cut down on my wait time between visits. It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment, and complete the eForms prior to my visit. Maryann was very welcoming at the front desk, and even recommended a few hidden gems for lunch since I am not from the area. Dawn was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. Extremely satisfied with my visit, and now have my family dentist!

This was worst experience ever The hygienist actually told me if I didn't have x-rays done they wouldn't be able to clean my teeth horrible... She actually said they would lose their license... And nobody's contacted me from there I know there's a problem They just don't wanna address it... Also for all those future customers this is a new practice... The old staff is gone

The ac was blasting to keep the air moving and filtered, they were super conscious of not having a bunch of people in there at once, I was the only one waiting and there is sanitizer everywhere. The staff was all really friendly and all in all I had a great experience in spite of going to the dentist in the middle of a pandemic.
