I do semiannual cleanings. Cynthia is always really friendly and they've had the same doctor and employees in staff for 10 years. I like the consistency.

The greatest staff around. Caring, compassionate from receptionist to medical staff. Dr Bedoya is the best dentist I have ever been to.

The worst billing department I have ever dealt with we must of paid 4 different times for the same bill and if you tell them and show proof that you have paid they will jump back a few months to figure a way to bill you again. Also the lead front desk Lady is fairly rude and not a great help to the customer.

I'm extremely picky when it comes down to dentists and dental offices. I am extremely pleased with dr Bedoya and his staff. They're amazing to my kids and I. Love them and I'm so happy I found them!

The staff was very helpful and professional. From the front office staff, to the financial department. The facility is clean, very spacious. The dentist explained everything thoroughly! I will definitely be back and will also be recommending to family and friends! Thanks again

I had the last part of my implant put in the last week of May 2020 which was to put the crown over the implant. That same week I moved to San Antonio and in less than a week my implant was loose and had to go to another dentist to see if it could be repaired. Needless to say the dentist in San Antonio told me that the implant that was used was to big and the bone around the implant was to thin to support the implant and thus causing it to break loose. Have been trying to get at least partial of what I paid refunded but I am getting the run around and no call backs. Well I would not recommend this place to anyone. UPDATE: My dental implant finally fell out. After spending close to $4,000 dollars on it. Whoever in their right mind would go see a real dentist and not someone who is always in a hurry. I called their office and asked to speak to Rosie but never got a call back. Now I have to spend some more money and have a real dentist do the job right..

BE CAUTIOUS WITH BILLING!!!! Billing department is the absolute worst! I have never had to deal with a business that tells YOU to submit your own dental bill to your own insurance! I had dental coverage through two insurance companies, but because they did not submit the claim to both insurance companies, I had to pay over $1,500.00. They said that the primary dental insurance denied the claim, so they never submitted the claim to the second insurance. Therefore, I paid out of pocket for the dental services. They said they have tried calling me and have sent statements since 2015, which is NOT the case. On April 16, 2021, it took me by surprise when I went in for a dental check up and had to fork out over $1,500.00, six years later. I was unaware this amount was due, because I did not receive statements nor was it reflected on my credit report. Also, the staff at the front office is unprofessional and made me feel very humiliated in front of the other patients that were in the waiting room, as they could hear the conversation regarding my account. I was trying to understand what was going on with my account and trying to keep it as private as possible, However, they were not keeping it confidential. They will not help in anyway to get this matter resolved as I feel they should have billed both of my dental insurances. It is not a patient's job to send in dental billing. We have already been in contact with the office manager and requested proof of the statements they said they have sent out which were not provided. I have never been treated so poorly.

Have been a patient here for a long while. Have had my dentures made here. I dropped my top plate on my bathroom tile a few days ago called the office and explained what happened and was told that they could not see me until October 12, 2021 so I ask if I could just drop it off for repair and I was told NO. This is the last time I will ever go to this place when I had an emergency they pretty much turned me away. Terrible place

I went to them June-August 2018 due to my insurance covering emergency dental. After 2 days my 1 filling came out, they replaced it. I had 6 fillings done total. Now since then I've had to find a different dentist and have all the fillings they completed redone. On top of that I keep receiving a bill for $221. Every time I went we went over and made sure that the only thing my insurance was covering was my 2 extractions. My husband and I paid over $300 to have 6 fillings. But yet when I call I get attitude, no return phone call but yet the bill keeps coming after I've asked them to fix the billing code and ask to speak to fiance office. In no way should fillings be falling out that quickly. I've had the same fillings I had down 6 years ago and no issues. Do not recommend them.

Terrible service. The receptionist (Michelle, I believe) has the worst attitude when answering calls. She left me on hold for 8 minutes which I understand happens when it gets busy. The problem was when she picked up the phone and hung up. I called back immediately and told her she had hung up on me after leaving me on hold and she responded to me with the same horribly rude attitude sounding extremely bothered. This was my first time attempting to make an appointment here but decided not to after all this. I have worked in a medical practice before and that initial phone call can make all the difference for a patient.

Dr Bedoya is very professional, he got my wisdom teeth out quickly both times I went. It's almost like he knows exactly what he's doing! Haha
