Our dental hygienists have established a hygiene department that ensures a positive patient experience. They each have over a decade of expertise in providing first-rate care using the latest advancements. With air powder polishers, they are able to provide effective stain removal and make your teeth the whitest and brightest possible.They utilize the most current digital imaging technology and make use of digital intraoral cameras to educate their patients. The hygienists are experts in preventive care and instruction, including the placement of dental sealants. Both hygienists are CPR certified.
Marcela has been a hygienist for 14 years. She graduated from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey SHRP program. She has completed the Las Vegas Institute's Comprehensive Dental Hygiene Program.Since joining our practice in 2009, she has focused on our periodontal therapy. Marcela is dedicated to career development and enjoys staying up-to-date on all the latest dental technologies. The greatest joy of her job is seeing her patients smile. She also enjoys being a part of all the amazing technological advancements in dentistry offered by our practice. When not working in the office, Marcela enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children.
Melissa has over 15 years of experience in the dental field. She graduated with her Associates degree in dental hygiene from Pasco Hernando Community College in 2003. Prior to becoming a dental hygienist, Melissa worked as a dental assistant for 5 years. Melissa provides gentle, caring dental care to all of her patients, focusing on education and prevention. Melissa loves spending time with her husband and two daughters. She also enjoys yoga and scuba diving.
Our dental assistants strive to provide the highest level of care for all of our patients. They aim to ensure our patients feel relaxed and welcome. Our dental assistants help the doctor in all aspects of clinical dentistry. They ensure our office adheres to the strictest infection-control procedures when preparing for our patients. They contribute to providing top quality dentistry in a friendly and comfortable environment. Both assistants are CPR certified.
Amber is an alumni of Ridgewood High School and has been a resident in the New Port Richey area for most of her life. After high school, she attended Central Florida Institute where she obtained her certificate in dental assisting. She has over 8 years of experience as a dental assistant. Ambers favorite part of her job is her patients. She helps to ensure all of her patients have a smooth and comfortable experience. When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son.
Carrie was a remarkable addition to the practice 7 years ago. Carrie genuinely enjoys interacting with and maintaining an excellent rapport with our patients. Her welcoming personality and contagious smile greet you as you enter our practice. Carrie is committed to helping our patients with any concerns or questions which may arise, and is always willing to go the extra mile. In her free time, Carrie enjoys camping, boating and spending time with her husband and three daughters.

Been going to Dr Dedels for almost 10 years. Best dentist I have ever had. Amazing staff and hygienists too. In a field that can be dicey. You always get a fair and honest assessment and excellent service and care. Would highly refer to friends family or strangers. If you don't like the dentist. Try Dr. Dedels. You may be surprised.

I know i'm not very old but this is by far the best dentist i've been too. Everyone is very welcoming and makes you feel at ease. I've had quite a bit of dental work done, and i've never left there unhappy.

Amazing practice! The receptionists are always pleasant on the phone and in person. His assistants are very informative and even engage in conversation about life to help distract and ease your mind. Dr. Dedel is compassionate and offers just the right amount of humor to make your appointment short painless and easy. What started as a tooth ache has become me finding my "dental home". I'm forever grateful for the care I was provided and will recommend this practice to everyone in need of a dentist.
