Dr. Adam DeCota has spent the last 10 years developing an adult advanced cosmetic and rehabilitative practice. He has attained his skills through hundreds of hours of continuing education. He has been a member of the Seattle Study Club, taken courses at such places as the Dawson Center and The Scottsdale Center. He is a member of the St. Louis Dental Society, Missouri Dental Association, and American Dental Association.
Dr. Jennifer DeCota is a general dentist with a passion for treating children. This has led her to limit her practice to primarily children with a focus on early intervention of risk assessment based treatment. She has developed a 20-year preventative plan designed to interactively manage dental risk factors and deliver children to adulthood without dental problems.

Dr. Adam DeCota was recently awarded the distinguished status of Mentor at the Kois Center in Seattle, WA an Academy of General Dentistry approved didactic and clinical program offering the latest advances in esthetics, implant and restorative dentistry. The 'Mentor' designation requires completion not only of a nine-course dental education curriculum but also successful completion of both a written examination and a clinical skills assessment. Requiring over 200 hours of continuing education encompassing all facets of clinical care including: gums, teeth, bite problems, cosmetic and implant dentistry. It is certainly an impressive achievement.

She is also an active member of F.O.R.C.E., the first and only extended orthodontic continuing education program patterned after a graduate school education and presented by qualified, credentialed specialists with clinical and university experience.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adam's for many years. He's always taken excellent care of me and approaches my treatment plan to include me in the decision making. Recently I was in his office for treatment and his assistant, Tygan was exceptional in her care for me. The simple gesture of wiping my face during the procedure let me know that she was paying attention to my needs and was kind enough to do so. I also want to compliment my hygienist, Heather. She's a kind and caring person who took her time with me and did an excellent job. The whole team at Deco Dental is amazing. Their patient care and customer service is exceptional. By far, the best office I've ever been to

I have never left a review before online, but after being cared for by Deco Dental, this is something I felt compelled to do! Dr. Adam DeCota and staff are absolutely amazing to deal with! I was always self conscious about my smile with regards to crowding, color, and needing braces but not being able to get them when I was a kid. Dr. DeCota listened to all my concerns and then thoroughly explained the options and what he could do for me. He reassured me and eased my anxiety about the process. We started with clear aligners to get my teeth into a better and healthier position and then we finished with vaneers. I never thought I would have the amazing bright white smile that I have today! And it was all thanks to Dr. DeCota that explained my options and followed through with amazing work with incredible attention to detail. I could not be happier with the end result and would never recommend anyone to my friends or family other than Dr. DeCota after my experience with him and his staff!! My family has used Dr. Adam and team for years and rely on them for tremendous service and care! Just recently had some veneer work done on my front two teeth that I had been stalling on for sometime - they look so much better now! Dr. Adam and all your staff have been the best with every visit and I've had extensive dental work several years ago. They are all kind, compassionate and professional, and really listen to concerns the patient may have. This time having new right sided jaw pain and this problem was addressed during that visit, and treatment started. This shows sincere concern and is very much appreciated. I would recommend this office to anyone for their dental care.
