I grew up in a small community just south of Fort Smith, Jenny Lind, and was inspired by my hometown dentist when I was a junior at Greenwood High School. When I was sixteen I knew I wanted a career in Dentistry.
In 1989, I earned my Bachelor of Science Degree from theUniversity of Arkansas, and was able to work in a local dental office during my last two years at the U of A. Those experiences helped me to focus my efforts in dental school towards adult restorative and implant dentistry.
I received my Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from theUniversity of Louisville(Kentucky) in 1993, then practiced as an associate dentist for the next four years gaining insight and education from many talented doctors in the Northwest Arkansas area. In I 1997was ready to build my own practice .
I received an advanced educationin a comprehensive course of study ofImplant Dentistryfrom theInternational Congress of Oral Implantologyin 2008, and have been certifiedin the administration ofBotoxby Dr. Henry Katz (named on the original patent for Botox).
My wife Rhonda is our Office Manager. She and I have worked together to build the practice into what it is today. Please look at the testimonials section of this web site. I like to think we have something very different to offer.

I have been a patient of Decker Dental for more than 6 years. The staff is amazing. From the front office to the hygienist and Dr. Decker himself. This is the closest I've ever had to pain free dentistry, they make it their focus to keep you comfortable during all procedures. I would hands down recommend.

I could not say enough good things about this dentist! - Their staff was absolutely lovely - I did not have to wait long to be seen - Decker knocked out what would have been two visits in 1 visit in 1 hour, which is extremely important to this mama. - He only completed what was absolutely necessary - Cost was very reasonable Highly, HIGHLY, Recommend

Incredibly friendly staff, knowledgeable, and extremely fair with their prices. Dana at the front desk will make you smile even with a broke tooth, and gets back with you in a very timely manner! Recommend to anybody looking to start working on/maintain your teeth!

If I could give it 10 stars, I would! Always, always, always a great experience with Dr. Decker. Kay is an exceptional, and the best, dental hygienist. My older kids will start seeing him beginning early next year. Personally, I enjoy going to the dentist. It's a spa day for my teeth and a little mental health along with the visit ;)
