The staff and dentist are very friendly and they can generally get you in quickly for emergencies. They explain what's needed and give you options with how to proceed. The wait has never been very long once you arrive. I highly recommend them to all my family and friends. Decatur Family Dentist on Kentucky Ave is a good option for all dental needs and for all ages.

I have a long time fear of going to the dentist. It is something that is very difficult for me. After trying a couple others and feeling shamed by my fear I decided to try yet another dental office. Decatur Family Dentistry. From the time I walked through the door I felt understood, compassion, and no shaming! Everyone was awesome, working with me at my comfort level. They are upfront on everything that needs to be done and give you options. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, patience, and encouragement. If you are looking for an amazing dentist you need to go see them!! The office is beautiful, very clean and they know how to treat even the most difficult client.

The staff/hygienists are friendly and professional. Service is always prompt! My dentist always provides feedback on what I need to do to make sure to maintain a healthy smile! So glad I chose this location for my dental care.
