Your staff was amazing and friendly! You made a very stressful uncomfortable situation very comforting. I prayed for a new dentist and even though you don't offer the nitrous oxide I'm going to try to walk this out in Faith because I believe this is where the Lord sent me so He will be with me! I will see y'all soon!

Dr. Nails and her staff are awesome. My kids enjoy going to the dentist and we love seeing Mrs. Linda and Mrs. Nona for cleanings.

I am so happy I found a dentist I can trust and feel very comfortable with. Dr. Nails is so thorough and gentle all in one! The assistant is so wonderful also! She is very knowledgeable and friendly it makes me feel relaxed instead of a bundle of nerves. On to my Hygienist... she is so wonderful and she listens to everything I have to say. She does a great job. Let's not forget a very important person we sometimes forget to mention! Front desk people work very hard with ALL the people coming in and leaving. She makes this office a welcoming place. All I can say is I am keeping these wonderful people. Thank you all for being so kind.

I hate that I'm going to be the one to say something negative here, but it's my honest review. I've been here a few times for teeth cleanings and x rays and everything has always been great. I always love the hygienist and the staff in the front but not so much the actual dentist. Every time I meet with Dr. Nails I'm always told about how unclean my teeth are. I understand my teeth are in rough shape because growing up I didn't get the proper care needed. Now that I'm older and better off I've been trying to get them fixed. They always mention braces to help me but yet never refer me for them. Anyways, I'm always asked if I brushed my teeth that day in which I always reply that I do because I honestly do and it's always as if they don't believe me and just judge me. I was told I needed a cleaning in which I would have happily set up an appointment but since I couldn't take a morning time either today or tomorrow I was told I would be put on a list which seemed a bit off to me. I also was told about several other procedures I would need but was never given an appointment to follow up with them which led me to further believe I'm not welcome. It seemed as if I wasn't wanted there because my teeth aren't perfect and maybe because I wasn't the type of individual they wanted to be sitting in the chair. I have excellent insurance and I by no means have issues paying and I shouldn't have been misjudged. Maybe I read the situation wrong but I just never felt entirely welcome and I felt awful after leaving. I'll be finding a new dentist.
