This place is seriously amazing. Every single person you encounter is incredibly sweet and caring, and they all treat your kiddos like they're part of the family. Dr. Ballou and the dental staff are all very thorough and take their time with each patient. I highly recommend Decatur Children's Dentistry!

Dr. Blou and her team is the best!! My 11 year old Autistic son has sensory issues. They always treat him with kindness, gentleness, and understanding to make him feel safe and comfortable. LOVE them!

They took so much care to show my son how everything worked with his very first dentist appointment. He did amazing and they made it such a great experience. He is excited to go back!

Absolutely wonderful! Dr.Ballou is truly wonderful with the kids! Bailey was so comforting chair side to my son. Todays appointment was so easy it was over and he didn't even know they had started!

Both of my boys are extremely apprehensive about going to the dentist, but Dr. Ballou and her team were wonderful and made the experience as easy as possible on both of them. They were all extremely kind and patient. We are so happy to have found this office!

This children's dentistry is Great!! Very friendly STAFF! Hygienist amazing! She didn't scold on brushing but showed us areas that we need to remember to brush. Children love they can watch movie while getting teeth clean! Dr. Ballou listens to concerns we may have and is Great with children! Overall this is a Great office! We did mention if they could start a "cavity free club". My children and I like it when we hear No Cavities and it would be cool to put our names down for prizes!

This place is absolutely amazing. My 3 year old is very resistant when it comes to brushing his teeth and wouldn't even let the dentist in his mouth for X-rays or even a exam. I brought him in to have him sedated so they can fix what needs to be fixed and after doing X-rays they found a lot more that needed to be done which of course was more money and the dentist was nice enough to work out a payment plan with me. The staff are extremely nice and professional. I highly recommend this place. They are great!!!! Thank you so much.

This office is the best ! I have 2 of my kids that have high anxiety and one has just had horrible dental experiences when he was a toddler and it was a blessing to find Decatur children's Dentisry. They are amazing.

We have two boys (3yrs old and 5yrs old) and they love coming to the dentist! The entire office is very sweet. They were very gentle on the boys and listened to them as they talked about their day. Great communication on the current state the boys teeth were in as well as what to except in the coming months. We are so thankful to have a children's dentist close to our home. We highly recommend them to any family!
