Was nice at first but this office is really bad with communication. My oldest needed treatment and the email for her appointment says 1 PARENT MAY BE PRESENT WITH THE CHILD yet we get there and they said not only to me but another parent that this was only in the morning and someone should of told us!??! Kids are then confused and scared. This isnt the first miscommunication either. We found another friendly office that welcomes parents and is great at communicating. I dont recommend this office anymore.

My little guy loves going to visit Dr. Camp. She's been great with him. He looks forward to watching tv while he gets his teeth cleaned and picking a new toy. I'm ecstatic that going to the dentist is one battle that I don't have to fight.

I would not advise going to this dental practice. They implemented a policy that does not allow parents to be in the room with young children during a filling, admitted they failed to communicate this policy, and then still would not allow us to be in the room with a child who was nervous about the procedure. They required a reschedule even though we pulled him out of school, and re-arranged our day. Obviously not the end of the world, but they seem more keen on enforcing a litany of rules and bureaucracy than on the well-being of their patients and parents. There are better options out there.

From start to finish this was a 5-star experience for my daughter's 2nd dentist visit. Staff was friendly, prompt, and professional!

Awesome first time experience with a scared 2 year old! Update: Now almost 4 year old looks forward to the dentist and does her cleanings like a champ. She was terrified of doing X-rays for the first time and they somehow did it so breezily. We had an insurance snag and they were so patient in trying to correct it. I've literally never been in an establishment where every single person is so kind, accommodating, and great with kids. Dr. Camp is fantastic and has done an incredible job hiring A++ staff.

Decatur Camp is just amazing energy. The layout it beautiful and they make going to the dentist enjoyable. Definitely wish I had a Decatur Camp when I was coming up.

We really had a wonderful experience first time, and the kid was really happy with her first time teeth checked up. But this time so disappointed with the group. They seems like in a hurry and didn't have mush patient. Don't recommend!

Great staff! My 2.5 yr old actually LIKES going to the dentist. They are a well oiled machine in that office and they use an app instead of paper forms and to manage appointments and arrival notices. Hey also validate parking for the deck right next to the building.

Everyone here is always friendly. The office is beautiful! Much cozier than a regular dentists office. Before Covid, they had iPads in the waiting area. Dr. Camp and her whole team communicate really well. Parking is validated. I have no complaints.

We just took our 16 month old here today for her 1st dental visit and it was a great experience! We loved waiting in the car and coming in and being immediately seen. My daughter had a smooth visit with no tears. So happy this place is here!

We had such a great experience here! It was my 15 month old's first visit to the dentist. They did everything to make her comfortable and happy and gave us great instructions on how to maintain her oral health and hygiene. Plus the office is SUPER cute and fun. Highly recommend!

Doctor Camp is a nice doctor. She takes great care in treating kids. Staff are really friendly. I have a concern with current system follows in her clinic. She is still not allowing both parents to come to clinic which is really a problem for younger kids of age 2. Most of clinic especially paediatric clinics are now allowing both parents and siblings. Currently, we have to sit in car and fill the COVID forms and wait for the message that they received the forms which usually take more 10 minutes. After that, we received another message that it is safe to enter the building and after entering we need to clean our hand with soap. In these process, we are spending 30 minutes extra which we could easily avoid if this system is uplifted. They are still not letting use washroom and not allowing to use waiting area. All of this was fine during early COVID pandemic, but now all the kids are immunized with COVID vaccine. I think this system need to changed and back to normal. This is really not sustainable method and giving trouble to parents of young kids of 2-3 year old. Dr. Camp should consider of changing the system back to normal. COVID or safety should not used as excuse to lengthen this process. With current understanding of COVID, this is not going to vanish soon. We have to live with COVID and thus resume back normal in our daily life.
