Dr. Debra S. Lowe is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine. Following dental school she participated in Cleveland MetroHealth 's General Practice Residency program. For almost 10 years she had a private practice in Mayfield, which she sold to be a 'stay-at-home-mom.' Later she spent years practicing in the Cleveland and Port Clinton areas before acquiring her present practice. She believes in addressing the fears of her patients with empathy and gentleness, while providing care with excellence in mind.
Based on my dental experiences filled with fear as a child, and my ability to overcome those fears through behavior modification and progressive relaxation techniques, I believe my patients can achieve optimum oral health if their dental experiences are associated with caring, comfort and gentleness. My experiences and resultant empathy is a major factor in achieving this goal. I believe optimum oral health is related to total body health and therefore extremely important to one's quality of life. Therefore, I am committed to changing the dental experiences of my patients so that they desire and can succeed at obtaining dental treatment with a healthy outcome for life.

Today was my first experience with hygienist, Andrea. She was great! The entire office staff are friendly and showed great respect for patient safety. I already booked my next appointment with Dr Lowe!

I have been going to Dr Debra Lowe for about a year now. I have been very happy with this office. The people are very friendly and Dr Lowe is quite thorough. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new dentist.

before cleaning my teeth, she took the time to explained in detail why flossing is important. First time it made sense to me. She was very patient and felt she really cared for my health wonderful experience Aloha

Not only my experience, my 7 year old daughters experience has been nothing but wonderful as well! Dr. Debra and the whole staff are so welcoming, and the energy of the office is so calming. I highly recommend!!!

Had my teeth cleaned the other day and it was a very different experience. I've been going to this practice for about 11 years, probably longer? A lot of the team has changed since the pandemic. This hygienist, a younger one whose name I don't recall, it appeared ran out of time? At the end, instead of dipping the polisher in the paste and doing each tooth, she smeared paste across the top of my teeth in one stroke, clearly not getting all of them and just ran the polisher for about 5 seconds, again, not getting every tooth. She did the same on the bottom. Uhm, yeah. Did not have the typical fresh mouth feeling after a cleaning. At the checkout, I asked if I could pay my previous balance of $147 in two payments as I am currently in a real tough position regarding money. One payment now, another in 11 days when I get my next pay check. It is the only time in all the years I've been going there that I've ever asked to split a bill. I'm already embarrassed having to ask. You would think that I had just asked to sacrifice her child. Mind you I had already paid $471 on my crown but was having issues with it and in pain. I wanted to talk to someone in person regarding the change in price and have the issue fixed before paying anything else. I disagree with the Sam Iam review. Dr Lowe is wonderful and likely relies on her staff regarding billing. I really hate the idea of having to look for a new dentist but I don't appreciate being made to feel like sh*t.

Fantastic office. Everything is super up to date. Staff is very friendly. Out of pocket expenses are reasonable AND they give you a projected cost prior.

Never again! I would only go here again if I wanted to be charged for sevices not rendered and wanted to wait 40 minutes for my appointment. Dr. Lowe is awkward and seems to care more about money than patient care.
