It's been awhile but I really need to leave a review. I have been seeing Dr Makerson since before she even went into private practice. So, many many years. I have had several extractions, alot of cosmetic work. Every visit was fabulous, little or no pain. My last visit I asked to have more cosmetic work done and got a price. In-between that visit and going to have the work done wow, man things changed. Wasn't a big job compared to work done in the past but I didn't have any insurance now. Visit started out great. She said we would work up a dental plan. Talked to her about price and was told price went up. I'm on a very tight budget. Disabled. I asked if she would please honor the estimate she had given me. She was so very rude. Very short with me. I was so hurt because thought I was more than just a patient. You know, how I had always been treated.. WOW, no insurance really made a difference in how she treated me. I felt so ashamed. The only thing I could do was ask her to honor her estimate and I couldn't pay over it. I only had money for the visit-that was all I had to my name. She did the work,walked out, and no dental plan, no good by. She made me feel like something on the bottom of her shoe she wanted to scrape off. Wow, she really changed and didn't care of her patients that had followed her all those years. It's just about the money now. Don't forget where you came from. I still say God Bless You, but I will never go back. All I can do is tell others my experience.

I am new patient at Dr. Makerson's Dental office & I was extremely pleased with their service yesterday. The staff that greeted me was vey nice. The hygienist Ms. Nesi ( I believe I wrote down her name incorrectly) was very nice & sweet, patient & made me feel very comfortable while speaking to her about my situation. Dr. Makerson was very nice & gave me an excellent explanation of my problem. I truly hope that I can go again in order to obtain the treatment that I need. Thank you & May God Bless you all

Well, I went to you for an evaluation of previous dental procedures I have had at different dental offices. I asked for that evaluation in writing and it seemed as though Dr. Makerson did not want to do that. I felt a certain camaraderie to other dentists being the reason that she did not want to give me that evaluation in writing. The evaluation I did receive was extremely vague and not from a professional dental opinion as I see it. That evaluation outlines that I still have infection in the area where the root canal was accomplished and basically states because of the time frame when the root canal was performed is the reason that it is still infected and no answer regarding how long it should take to heal. Only, "I do not know how large the abscess was so basically I cannot evaluate the problem". Then, you turn around and suggest me going to an Endodontist to be evaluated. Your staff could have told me over the phone that you were not qualified to evaluate this situation and that I should go to an Endodontist for this evaluation from the very beginning of my phone call to you. Had I have known that you were not qualified I would have never went to your office. Thanks for the heads up. I do not pay insurance to pay an office that is not qualified for that evaluation monies that you do not deserve.

My experience at Dr. Makerson, office was very quick, and it's like I'm talking to some of my sister when I'm there. Your greeted at the door with a smile by Ms. Lora and my sister Ms. Rachel does an awesome job cleaning my teeth, and keeping up with my appointments. The Makerson are just great at what they do in keeping everyone safe. Great job everyone.....keep up the good work.

I've had 2 appointments during COVID19, most recent yesterday. Dr. Makerson and all the staff are doing a fine job to insure not only the safety but the comfort of mind for all who enter. Great job with PPE and still maintaining an excellence of service!!!
