Dr. Kevin Lashinsky hails from Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Chemistry, graduating Cum Laude from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and received his DDS from University of Maryland at Baltimore in 1989 graduating Magna Cum Laude. He is a member of Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Society, which recognizes the top five percent of dentists in the country.

Post dental school, Dr. Lashinsky completed a general practice residency in hospital dentistry at the University of Washington in 1990 and a preceptorship in dental implantology from the University of Texas, San Antonio in 2005. He is currently a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Dental Association, and earned a fellowship in International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

After his residency was completed, Dr. Lashinsky joined USPHS/Indian Health Service as a Commissioned Officer Uniformed Services. He thoroughly enjoyed the next five years serving native peoples while living on the Navajo Reservation in the beautiful Four Corners area of the United States. Following his commission with the USPHS/IHS, Dr. Lashinsky entered private practice in Seattle. He continues to work with First Nation peoples on the Olympic Peninsula. In addition, he has provided volunteer dental services in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua and plans to continue volunteer work in the third world.

Dr. Lashinsky enjoys providing high quality technologically current dental treatment to alleviate discomfort, build beautiful smiles, and maintain general health. Dr. Lashinsky likes to provide as much of the patients treatments as possible under one roof. When specialist intervention is required, the doctor has a trustworthy team of dental experts to provide his patients with the best treatment available.

Dr. Lashinsky provides modern general dentistry, as well as a plethora of advanced procedures and treatments to accommodate patients needs, including grafting procedures (both bone and gum grafts), simple and surgical extractions, tooth replacement via dental implants, orthodontic treatment utilizing clear aligner therapy (Invisalign), treatment of obstructive sleep apnea, restorations from simple to full mouth reconstruction, preventive care, and utilization of 3D imaging and CEREC technology to deliver beautiful custom-made ceramic restorations in a single day. Most importantly, Dr. Lashinsky strives to provide all treatment in a friendly and relaxed environment. He regularly participates in continuing education to stay abreast of current materials and techniques to better accommodate patients needs and improve their health.

Dr. Deborah Fletcher has practiced in the Indian Health Service and in private practice in the Pacific Northwest for the last 25 years. Raised in Kentucky, she attended to Hanover College in Indiana for her undergraduate degree in biology with psychology and chemistry minors. She graduated from University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1996. She practices comprehensive dentistry including, crowns, fillings, oral surgery, implants, Invisalign, pediatrics, and cosmetic smile design.

Dr. Fletcher continually takes advantage of opportunities for advanced training and developing advanced skills in many areas of dentistry. Bringing in newer technology will help facilitate our goal of delivering top quality care with an emphasis on comfort and customer service.

Dr. Fletcher currently spends her weekends running with her dog Jake, coaching running for kids, or racing herself. Her daughter Rachel currently attends Indiana University Dental School in Indianapolis, IN.

I have been a dental assistant for more than 31 years and love my job! Even after all this time, I still get to meet new people and learn new things. Each day brings something new and exciting! Everyone here, from the front desk to the clinic, is fun, easygoing, and puts patients needs first!

I joined the dental field more than 40 years ago and brought my extensive assisting experience with me when I joined Dr. Lashinskys team in 2019. Each day brings something new and differentvariety that makes it fun to come to work. The patients are the best, of course! I love seeing them overcome their fears and delight in their beautiful smiles!

I am an avid dog lover and enjoy exploring different camping and hiking spots with my daughter and son-in-law! Quilting and reading take up my time when the weather is bad, while gardening and beach time occupy me when the sun is shining!

I grew up on the Columbia River in Carson, WA and graduated from WSU in 2013. I earned my dental hygiene degree from Pima Medical Institute in Seattle in 2018 and joined Dr. Lashinskys office shortly thereafter. Our team here is very much like a family, and we treat our patients like family as well. We all love to help patients achieve their best smile, and educate them on all things dental!

I got married in September 2019 and now live in Shoreline with my husband Ryan, our dogs Roo and Rayne, our cats Dexter and Domino, our crested gecko Murdock, and our chickens Henrietta, Heidi, and Harley (Quinn). I enjoy cooking, photography, playing my bassoon, traveling, and watercolor painting in my spare time.

I began my dental career as an assistant, graduating with my degree as an RDA in 2006. Joining Dr. Lashinskys office in 2020, I can be found at the front desk, where I greet patients and answer any questions or concerns they may have. Ours is a GREAT team! We all work together to get things done while building each other up to be the best we can be.

I am married and a momma to two rambunctious boys who are my everything and also take up most of my free time. When I do find a moment, I enjoy baking and cake decorating, a variety of crafts, and cheering for the Seahawks and Huskies!
