My experience for Wisdom removal, was alright. I was "late" due to nobody being at the front desk. The ladies were nice; the MD, not so much. Post-surgery: no clear instructions on paper. I supposedly had to walk out for myself while still on anesthesia. One of the ladies was nice enough to help me and walk me out - thank you. Not too bad.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! - I took my partner to get their wisdom teeth taken out on 7/5/22. During the procedure, the doctors went aside to laugh and make fun of my partner because she has a fear of needles and was having a difficult time taking an IV. The doctor also continuously slapped her hand aggressively to get her vein to show after the incident. Extremely unprofessional and discomforting. If you get recommended to this place, find somewhere else that will actually take care of their patients.

I have used Dr. Finegold twice in my lifetime and each experience has been pleasing considering what you go there for. I have two wisdom teeth that need to come out and the rude person on the phone had no office manners what so ever. He asked me about my insurance information and if my wisdom teeth were impacted. Then he proceeded to ask me my age. Of course, I told him and he said I was too old! I'm not that old but old people get their teeth pulled all the time. If they were a reputable oral surgeon they should have been able to accommodate me or recommend another oral surgeon. Dr. Finegold, I am really disappointed where your practice has gone. I have always recommended your services but I'm not so sure anymore.

Had 4 wisdom teeth taken out and also an impacted molar and so far sought pain but so much swelling. But that is normal I've heard. Also I was so nervous about being put under anesthesia and i didn't expect it to be so fast literally had no time to react or be nervous. Definitely recommend and I have medical / Anthem

Super sweet and understanding staff, had all 4 wisdom teeth removed in less than an hour. I was anxious about being put under, but they put the iv in and as they talked to me I was out. Even got a call from the doctor to check up on everything, however I missed it because I was resting.

This place needs to figure out scheduling or hire more oral surgeons. My appointment was at 10:00 am it's 10:45 and there's many of us scheduled at the same times. The receptionist appears to be an dental assistant she took forever to come up front to register me when I arrived. And there has been a lady waiting for over 20 min no one's came back up to front desk I'm yet to see how this procedure goes

Where do I even begin. The staff was great and super sweet especially esmeralda. But doctor MARK KUO was by far the most unprofessional ever. I went in for an extraction due to my wisdom teeth being compacted. After his assistant ran the pano on me and I waited in his chair he came in to tell me due to my insurance there is nothing he can due. Then said "don't you see there's people waiting in the lobby to be helped" I understood that but I was explaining to him the pain I was in and how bad my wisdom teeth were bothering me, he continued to ignore me, handed me my change and told me to get out of his chair and to seek medical attention because the pain I was in had nothing to do with my wisdom teeth. I was crying in pain and he continued to tell me to GET OUT BECAUSE PEOPLE were waiting. I felt so disrespected. I was waiting since 9:45am and was told I would be taken in for extraction but since he was in such a rush to tend to everyone else he did not care. Honestly I'm so glad he didn't work on me because I was later scheduled for an emergency extraction with an AMAZING specialist Where my insurance was approved immediately due to the redness and severity of my wisdom teeth trying to push out. Mark kuo didn't even take a second look or even try, he does not care about his patients only the ones who pay not those whose insurances cover. It took a lot out of me to even write a negative review because that's not me. But after being disrespected like that I was in awe. If you're only in it for the money you are in the wrong profession. I hope no one else goes through this

I never write reviews but i did feel the need to write a review for this office! I was reading all the 1 star comments and I thought to myself how?! This office is fast and straightforward, i got my 4 wisdom teeth extracted today and I'm feeling great just after a couple hours after surgery everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend they're office!

Staff very friendly and helpful, se habla espanol, fast service even if patient is new. 4 star rate for me because it was the only place with same day appointment available, but my insurance wasn't accepted, paying cash sucked. Everything else was great though.

Was told that they accepted insurance even though they didn't, turned me down for wisdom tooth extraction then sent me a bill for x rays when they told me before going in that its covered by my insurance.

This place is amazing and their staff super duper nice. I was very nervous about getting all 4 wisdom teeth out but thanks to doctor Kuo he made everything go smooth. Let me explain how the process went. First they give you the option whether you like local or general anesthetic. I choose general anesthetic I'll explain why. They take you to a room where they monitor your heart rate and then they give medicine to help you relax and stay calm. The medicine goes through your vein and you start to feel weird and funny. Then a few minutes Dr. Kuo explains how the procedure is going to go and what are things you can and cannot do after the surgery. When they were ready to get started Dr. Kuo started asking me lots of questions without realizing that that same needle that used to insert medication to help me relax he use the actual anesthetic to fully knock me down/ fall asleep. I don't remember when I slept all I remember is just waking up and telling me that they were done. I know some people say that local anesthetic is the best option because you won't feel pain after the procedure. People also think that general anesthetic is going to hurt because when you wake up you'll start to feel the pain because they didn't numb your gums but they do. So even if you choose to be fully asleep they'll still numb your gums either way so you won't feel pain after you wake up. So don't be scared you'll be fine.

I am an adult who is TERRIFIED of oral surgery. Not so much check ups but the pain from the shots makes my anxiety so through the roof. Everyone I came into contact with here, on two visits and three phone calls, was not only professional but also empathetic and that's something that eased my worries so much that this was the best oral surgery experience I've had. Dr. Finegold was amazing and took effort to explain and make sure everyone was on the same page.

Dr.finnegold talks to you condescending. Her helper doesnt seem to know what she is doing, I was gagging and threatened to put me sleep if I didnt stop cause she couldn't work like this. Which I understood, but If your helper is not going to suction what did you expect me to do? It was not a gentle extraction I had anxiety the whole time. I would not recommend If you have any fear or anxiety of the dentist. I had to go back the same day to get re numbed on an open wound and stitches cause it was bleeding alot more then usual. :( she tried blaming me for taking ibuprofen for the excessive bleeding she wont take fault of any wrong doing I'm assuming to prevent a lawsuit. Want to add I did pay out of pocket definitely worst experience.

I just got all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted yesterday && let me tell you...this place is AMAZING! Very nice staff and very helpful. Walked inside didn't even wait 2 minutes when they called me back told me to lay down on bed checked my vitals & then Dr.Kuo walked in talked to me how the procedure was gonna be and then shortly after started and IV and I completely crashed out and then I felt a tap on my shoulder to wake up that we were done :) & later that day I received a phone call from Dr.Kuo asking how I was doing!! Didn't Expect That At All...Thank You So Much!!! Definitely Reccomend This Place!!
