Orthodontics is a wonderful profession becauseit allows me time to truly get to know my patients and their families. Its a pleasure to learn who they are as individuals, and to see their personalities grow as they become more comfortable with their appearance.

Orthodontics is about transformations: Each patient comes to me with the goal of a better smile. As their new smile develops, my patients seethe changes and feelmore secure in how they look to others. They become more outgoing and social, and their self-esteem grows immeasurably. I regularly attend multiple continuing education meetings throughout the year. This keeps me uptodate on the most effective, efficient, and current treatments and technologies. I also stay abreast of the relevant research and discussions published in orthodontic journals. My patients trust me to deliver top-of-the-line care; by constantly learning and expanding my skills, Im able to ensure they receive it.

Ever since I could remember, I have always wanted to make a difference and impact others! I am very thankful for the opportunity getting to join Dr. Dean's wonderful team as practice manager! I love the difference a beautiful smile makes for our patients. They really blossom during their time in our care. I work with patients and their parents to review and agree on financial arrangements, and findterms thatfit with their budget. I also handle insurance matters.

I have worked in the orthodontic field for 24 years in various capacities. Getting to know each patient and watch how their smiles transform is so much fun. It is great being part of a team that enjoys coming to work every day.

I knew from my first day of dental assisting school I wanted to work at an office that truly cared for the patients and made them feel as important as they are, I love building new relationships with patients and learning about them! I am very excited to be able to join Dr. Deans team.
