Not sure how you got those good reviews! I would like to give you minus 5 star if there is one ! I called to scheduled my dental teeth deep cleaning and doctor visit appointment on October 5th, I also emailed my X-rays and my insurance information to you as your receptionist requested, then I got an email from you confirmed my appointment on October 26th at 1530. I called your office two weeks ago to ask about are there any co-pay for my teeth deep cleaning, I have been told you will call me back when you contact my insurance company, that never happened till yesterday, I got a missed call from your office, no voice mail no email at all, then your office called me this morning at 10am, ask me again about my insurance information, are they even doing their job? I told them I email it to you on October 5th, she keep asking me to give her my insurance information again and again! I told her I do not have it with me today, I will give it to you tomorrow afternoon at 1530 appointment,or I 'll call you tomorrow morning. About 20 minutes later, she called me said, you cancel my appointment that I need to see a specialist. Are you kidding me? I told you from the beginning that I need deep cleaning and inquire about tooth implant, I sent my X-ray on October 5th and my insurance, after you received my X-ray you emailed me confirmed my appointment ! Do you have any other reason to explain why you canceled my appointment tomorrow afternoon 1530 except disrespect your patient??????????? You are not a trustworthy dentist ! You wasted my time for almost a month, REMEMBER your time are not precious than your patients!!!!!!

Super friendly staff! I would trust any of them for myself or my family members. I have even recommended them to a few people at work and everyone has really liked it here. They take insurance including Tricare but if you don't have insurance the prices are fantastic as well!

Got an awesome cleaning today by Karen. If you want a real cleaning I highly recommend her and the entire staff are extremely helpful and kind.

Today was my first time here. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Karen Houston is awesome! I felt totally comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend.

Best dentist, they are not like car sales men! They give you what you need. I broke my crown. They fit me in and worked on me in between patients. The entire staff was awesome! I love this dentist my entire family goes there never leaving patients for life! Elena

I chose this dentist office after finding it on yelp and looking at the reviews and I've been overly satisfied for the last 4-5 years! My teeth have become extremely sensitive with age, without any relief from toothpaste or any topical solutions and applications. Regular cleanings can be excruciating if the hygienist isn't experienced and uses the wrong tools. And I did have that terrible experience when I used to live in the Bay Area. But after I moved back here, I found Dr. Nguyen and his hygienist Karen, who I always look forward to seeing when I come for my cleanings. The dental assistants and front office staff are very transparent and even offer advice about the best ways to afford what your insurance won't cover. I never feel trapped into doing any procedure, exam, or imaging that I can't afford. Karen is such a kind and caring person and she always brainstorms ways to provide relief for my sensitivity before surgical intervention. And on top of all of that, she ALWAYS remembers which teeth and what areas are sensitive, making sure to be extremely gentle and to never hit the root. I have complete trust in her, knowing that I will never experience a painful cleaning ever again.

dentist and hygienist service was great, no doubt about that! On top of that Susan in the front office went out of her way to dig into an old bill and resolve the issue. Overall an exceptional experience, and I'm glad that after a hiatus in insurance and dentistry service in my life I chose to come back here. Great team you have, and I can't believe I'm saying I can't wait to go back to the dentist!

Second time coming here to get my teeth worked on. Everyone was great. From the people at the front desk to the dental assistants and from the dentist to the surgeons. I Will continue to come here to get my teeth worked on.

As far as I know, this is a dentistry, possibly even a medical center, but I believe that I'm wrong about it being a medical center. They need to support the troops and get it right with their insurance policies. It kind of sucks. If a patient is Military connected somehow, then insurance policies should pay half or more,not less.
