Pollution-based dental processes, like conventional x-rays, create unnecessary trash and toxic chemical-waste that the dental office is left to handle and dispose of. Technologies like digital radiography, steam sterilizers, and in-office bio-waste management systems not only reduce this waste, but eliminate much of it before it is created.
Dr. Dean Ariaee earned a bachelor degree from University of Maryland in 1987 and a doctoral degree from Northwestern University School of Dental Medicine in Chicago, Illinois in 1992. He graduated one semester early with a very high ranking in his class. Upon graduation, he moved to Orange County, where hes been residing with his wife and two children. Dr. Ariaee has been practicing dentistry in Irvine Since 1992.

By far the best level of care have had at a dentist since I was a child. Dr. Dean Ariaee is great and everyone is supportive. So many things often keep people from going to a dentist, if this is you I recommend this place highly. There will be no judgment and plenty of help walking you through your plan

I'm so grateful for Dr. Ariaee and his team. I have a very complicated patient case and my condition was significantly worsening by the day. Considering I had seen surgeon's at both Western University and UCLA (which had me on a waitlist for an operating room); and at least five other dental professionals in private practice over the course of the past year; my level of frustration and fear was quite high. Last week I began rapidly decompensating and I called Dr. Ariaee's office. They got me in same day at 4pm and I had emergency surgery, nearly lasting 2 1/2 hours. The level of technical precision Dr. Ariaee possesses is astounding. He understands emergencies and does not take chances, this is incredibly crucial as what occurs in the oral cavity is usually a precursor or early warning sign to what's going on systemically. Sadly not all dental professionals understand the biological underpinnings, thank God Dr. Ariaee does as he probably saved my life. I'm on day 2 of post-op and while my recovery is expected to be relatively painful (invasive surgery was required) I'm already seeing an alleviation of systemic complications that resulted from the infection in the oral cavity. Dr.Arieea and team have also done everything possible to minimize my chances of having complications and have kept me as comfortable as possible. I have a ways to go in my recovery and do require restorative work but I'm confident in Dr.Ariaee's knowledge and skill set. While he does not explicitly practice biological dentistry he does integrate the principles into his practice. Unpleasant experience. I stopped by for a broken tooth fix. I walked out with a $5K quote and two insurance plans. Dr. greedy, focused more on the sales catch than a professional consultation. Lack of integrity and professionalism. However, the front desk and the assistant deserve Five stars, they were helpful and nice.

This place has completely changed my feelings towards dentistry. Dr Ariaee is an amazing professional, better than any dentist I had so far. His assistant is really great too. From avoiding dentists I am now excited to go! The clinic itself is modern and clean and everyone seems to be very nice and friendly. Highly recommended.

I am Docter Ariaee's patient since 2013. He is one of the best dentist that I had.Alen is very nice and knowledgeable . He had a un responsible in front office staff a few months ago but staff was changed recently and they are very nice and responsible. What Sonia or Sonya did for me in 20 min took me almost 3 months to accomplish! A simple insurance change of DDS This crew is amazing! Kathy or Cathy the dental hygienist was very thorough! I'm splitting hairs when I say Kathy could have introduced herself and told me what she was doing. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Extremely disappointed with the way my appointment was handled. I called and confirmed my 2 months old appt on the same day. Once I showed up they didn't have my appt and made me go back home and to the dentist's office 3 times on the same day with my 18 months old baby to eventually not do anything other than a x-ray!!! They felt no shame and didn't even have the decency to just say sorry can we reschedule you for tomorrow!!! The excuses for re-re-rescheduling for the same day was lunch and then it's too late!!! Unreal !

The dentist was great. It was the best experience I have had with a dentist to date. I really loved the office feeling and the front staff. The only downside was the hygienist didn't have good bedside manner. She made me feel like I was incompetent throughout the process of X-rays and then also seem cold throughout the cleaning. She didn't seem to mind if she hurt me, which she did numerous times.
