Jenna is from Jacksonville, Arkansas and received her Dental Assistant license from Pulaski Technical College. She is married to her husband, Chris, and they are the proud parents to their son, Aiden, and their Olde English Bulldog, Bella. She and her family love spending their weekends at the local skating rink, a hobby her son thoroughly enjoys, and a hobby she enjoys sharing with him. She also enjoys cheering him on at his basketball games. Jenna believes that working at Dean Dean Solutions is not just about a job and having co-workers, its like a second family. She is proud to work with an amazing team that offers the best in dental technology, like digital dentistry with the iTero and cerec, and she loves being able to design crowns in the office. She recognizes that some people have a fear of the dentist, and she wants every patient to feel comfortable and finds ways to help them overcome their fears. Its the little things that make all the difference.
Shelby is from Cabot, Arkansas where she lives with her husband, Daniel, and daughter, Ivy Jo. They also have two dogs to round out their family. Shelby has been a member of our team since the Fall of 2017. She enjoys cooking, camping, spending time with family and going to the lake. Shelby says her favorite part of being a Dean Dental Solutions team member is getting to work with the best team to get our patients taken care of efficiently and effectively. When it comes to our patients, the most important thing to Shelby is that they are happy and healthy.
Crystal is a Conway native and has been working at Dean Dental Solutions since February of 2019. She received her Dental Assistant license at Eastern College in Little Rock. She loves spending time being outdoors and traveling with her two daughters, Elonii and Emii, who both enjoy dancing. Crystal is our resident health nut. She works out daily and stays up to date on all the latest nutrition and supplement information. She is fluent in Spanish and has been a wonderful asset to have in helping our Spanish-speaking patients. Crystal says she loves her work family and loves that everyone is so easy to talk to and work with. She also loves that she has a flexible schedule which gives her the opportunity to spend the afternoons with her daughters.
Brittnie started working at Dean Dental Solutions in July of 2020. She studied to be a medical assistant and after graduating, she spent a few years working in the medical field as an assistant. She decided to change her career goals and now has a goal to one day become a dental hygienist. She enjoys spending her free time at the lake or enjoying outdoor activities with her fiance, Chris, and the four kids they share between the two of them.

Dr. Dean has been my dentist for several years now. His work is the best around, but more importantly to me, he's a kind, good hearted person. I can attest that he genuinely cares for his patients. The dental hygienists and office staff are excellent too! You will get a great smile with Dean Dental solutions.

I have an extreme phobia of the dentist and did the IV sedation for my root canal. I am in the medical field and could not believe the top notch service and bed side manner from the entire staff! Best experience ever at the dentist from check in to check out. I would highly recommend this team of true professionals with good hearts!!!!

Dean Dental Solutions is hands down the best of the best! My experience was great from the time I walked into the door, to the time I was walking out. The staff was very knowledgeable and had a way of making me feel extremely comfortable. And let's not forget about how top notch the customer service was! I will always recommend them!

Amazing and informative every time. If I have questions, they have answers. If the person that I am speaking to doesn't, then they will find someone that does. They take their time to resolve any concern that I have. I'm proud to be a client of such a professional staff.

My family has been going to Dr. Dean for over 20 years! He is always professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely skilled. Scheduling is easy and always extra responsive during emergencies. The team is great and Dr. Scott is a fantastic addition. My highest recommendation!

The whole building Just Smiles at you thank you guys for being the best of the best I took my cousin there today and she said that she had a great experience as well if your mouth is all messed up this is the place to be

Dr. Dean is the greatest! He cares about people, he is kind, and he is an awesome dentist! I really can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Even after getting a route canal and then finding out my pain was due to another issue, he helped me find a solution and did everything he could to ease the pain.

Dr. Deans office has a great staff with very good personalities they made me feel at home when I was nervous and had anxiety very bad. I love his techs they made me feel at home I did have to have the gas. They talked to me and let me know what they were doing with each procedure!! They are the best! I recommend my Dentist Dean Dental Solutions to the world! I told one of his techs If u was famous I would pay Dr. Dean and his techs to travel with me!! Dr. Dean made me feel so comfortable the office is nice neat and clean. The entire staff is the best I could ask for! Love, Raphaka Collins patient I give this office 5 stars

Long story short; greatest quality, timeliness, cautious, understanding, & efficient Dental facility I've ever been to! Dr. Dean, Crystal Gonzales, & Jenna Arman went above and beyond on several visits. Long version; I had to have some major work done. (Implants, bone graft, bridge, crowns, root canals.) I've had to wear a "flipper" for over a year during this process. This mouth contraption helped fake the funk that I not only had a solid straight smile but also allowed me to chew on both sides. I'm a southern, meat lovin', candy eatin' guy! I need both sides! So time and time again I've messed up the "flipper" and it's also had to be modified due to teeth being fixed along the way. I had a implant done on Monday and it was the EASIEST, least painful process and procedure (@ the time of the procedure) that I've ever had. I asked how much pain I'd be in and was told, "we try to take that word out of our vocabulary!" Well, they weren't lying. There was No pain for this wuss while going through the efficient and quick process. After the procedure, the "flipper" had to be modified again but I had already broken it. I know it usually takes 1-2 days before this thing can be modified and fixed but Dr. Deans staff was aware that Wednesday I'm going out of town for the week for an event. Dr. Dean told me, "you can't go to that without being able to smile!" So they put a rush on my "flipper" and worked diligently to ensure that I have all of my pearls to flash while meeting and greeting people on this little Summit/Conference that I'm attending. Trust that I am NO-ONE special and had never even came to Dr. Dean until about 8 months ago but within the first visit, I KNEW THAT I AM A PRIORITY. Respectively, my dental hygiene, my repairs, my comfort &...wait for it... My Financial ability to pay for these procedures are all of the utmost highest priority to Dr. Dean and his team. They've talked different plans to ensure that I could have what needed to be done & what was a priority to me done. I'm grateful for the whole team but want to mention Crystal and Jenna for always calming my nerves and making me feel like I'm the most important person in the building even though I know they treat every single patient this way. First ever conversation with Dr. Dean, this was said. "You tell me what you want, what is your priority, & I'll make it happen. It's my duty to make it as painless and easy in all aspects for you!" If you don't have a dentist, Go see Dr. Dean on Crestwood in North Little Rock. If you do have a dentist, Go see Dr. Dean anyways. Lol
