Dr. KALI is awesome, this office has exceeded my expectations from the front to the back staff. If you are looking for a private office that really cares for their patients this is the place, not like other corporations that value money over patients. Thank you Desoto Dental !!!

The doctor is horrible , he messed up my teeth #15 with filling, I had to go there office so many times to fix the problem . The doctor avoid me and even did not apologize. Instead He said " you can report me medical board or do whatever you want to do". The office is not sanitize properly , the doctor did not change his gloves between patients. The machines are very outdated . They don't have tools and dangerous place . It took more than 6 months to fix the tooth . I had to go 3 different doctors. They even did not want to reimburse the money I do not want them harm to anybody like me This is a very dangerous place to go for your teeth The doctors name is sound like calai

STAY AWAY Terrible customer service by the RECEPTIONIST . She was unhelpful , not willing to find a solution and help. I have a daughter that broke her tooth on a time constraint but she wouldn't try to understand and help . I sent x-rays and she told me she doesnt know how to send them to my insurance so she asks me to call the insurance saying that the person that does this work is not working and that would waste one week of my time. She wasn't willing to help but asking me to call and do their work . Rude and with an attitude . So now we are still not able to move on and do not have an appointment because of them not doing their job. I specified with her that we don't have much time. We need a solution and faster my daughter has been waiting for almost a month. She is the worse receptionist ever . The RUDEST

The doctors are professional, detailed oriented and care 100% for their patients dental health. Dr. Kalai has been my dentist for over 15 years, and I trust him 1000% regarding my dental health.

I've been a patient for 4 years. The care has been great & I've always been treated as a friend by all the staff; they go above & beyond to be helpful & kind. This is a wonderful place to be a patient

First of all, I would like it to be known that I have visited many of the top dentists in the San Fernando valley as well as the west side in the Los Angeles area over a period of more than several decades, therefore, this is from a person that really is a great judge of who's practice is top notch or just mediocre. That being said, I highly recommend Dr. Edalat and his associate as top dentists in their profession. The work is excellent, which is most important, their prices are more than fair, affordable for anyone honestly who wants to maintain or achieve great oral appearance and health. They speak more than 3 languages, have a soft touch,vgood vibe and the staff's conduct, demeanor and professionalism combined with their personable nature is above and beyond.Thank you for letting those of you that are looking to obtain or switch dental practices that are sincerely superior find that dental group.

I owe the amazing staff here so much that words could not possibly do proper justice. If you have ever had an ill thought about going to the dentist, even if for just a cleaning then you MUST give them a visit. I have such a low tolerance for pain in regards to my teeth and gums it is beyond embarrassing, yet I usually find that I am so relaxed during my visits I fear falling asleep in the chair;even when work is being done. Thank you guys again, there is no better staff in the world and I lived abroad for almost 3 years, so I would know!!
