I scheduled a cleaning with this dental office and forgot my appointment because it was my first time and I accidentally forgot because I received a call three days before my appointment. Things happen. I apologized several times and The receptionist was extremely rude to me and told me I did receive a call the day before (which was Sunday... smh, I obviously did not) and had no customer service skills and gave me a very hard time for missing it, telling me I need to let them know sooner if I need to cancel (I literally forgot). I rescheduled but ended up cancelling because of the way I was being spoken to on the phone. I hope they can train there receptionist to speak to people properly or maybe even getting a new one would be a good and better option. Dr. De Salvo is probably great dentist, sucks his receptionist is scaring future patients away.

Dr. Desalvo is THE best dentist I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is efficient, gentle and will not try to upsell you on dental work. Prices are kept low, so even as a self pay patient every visit was affordable. Office staff, though small, are wonderful and always helpful. I now live out of state, but plan on scheduling a visit for when I return to Il. I highly reccomend Dr. Desalvo to all!

Dr. Desalvo is THE best dentist I have had the pleasure of knowing. He is efficient, gentle and will not try to upsell you on dental work. Great caring Dentist. Well priced and very kind. No frills office and small staff but a very good Dentist. I've been a patient for more than 20 years, never disappointed.
