Been going here for a few decades. Review long overdue. First found them when multiple dentists could not fix an issue with a root canal tooth. Been going ever since even when living out of town. Great dentist, great staff, great hygienist.

Best dentist ever. My family and I have been going to Dr. DeLisle for 30 years. He is the gentlest dentist I've ever had, when he gives you a shot you don't even feel it. He's awesome and his staff is wonderful.

I have very high anxiety when it comes to dental work. Everyone in this office is amazing!! I am so excited to have found them!

I was looking up the phone number for Dr. De Lisle and read some of the posted reviews. I don't usually review much, but felt the need here. Dr. De Lisle and his staff are top of the line. There is no better dentist that I am aware of in the area, and I have lived in this area for over 60 years. They do great work, and are super friendly. On several occasions, I have needed to schedule appointments same day or next because of an emergency and they always came through. They don't recommend unnecessary work either like so many dentists these days. Actually, that is how I first started going to Dr. De Lisle, for a second opinion. If you are looking for an awesome dentist, look no further. This is the place.

If you are normal person that has things arise like normal people do don't bother using this dentist. I called 45 minutes before my appointment to inform them I would not be able to make it at my scheduled time due to my boss asking me to stay later. I was then informed by the receptionist that they don't reschedule new patients when they cancel their first appointment. first I wasn't cancelling. If she would have given me the opportunity I would have said I can come at a later time or reschedule. I've always been a bit timid about going to the dentist but was actually looking forward to this dentist as my wife has been a lifelong patient of his but I guess we'll both be looking for a new dentist now.

Went through the trouble of using Dr Delisle as a second opinion for another dentist. Heard nothing but good things about him and he is also related to a friend of the family. Sent Dr. Delisle images from my regular dentist. Scheduled the appointment on 6/16/17 and informed the woman making the appointment that i needed the latest appointment she had, that i would have to clear it up with my work if it was during work hours. She had two appointments available. The latest one being tomorrow 6/22/17 at 2pm. I informed her that i was not sure if i would make it, that i would have to clear it up with my job but i didnt see a problem and i would call if there was any issues. She said ok. I received a phone call from her today verifying the appointment tomorrow. I let her know i was waiting to hear from my superiors and playing it by ear at the moment and i would know by the end of the day, as i explained when i made the appointment. She gasped, and said "Playing it by ear???"( Dramatically). I reminded her once again yes, i would know by the end of the business day, as i told her prior to making the appointment. She cuts me off as im speaking and says "Well, Dr. Delisle will not see you ever again if you no show". I stated, i am not "no-showing", once again like i said i will have a definite answer, i would not just NOT show up. I asked if worst came to worst i would just need to reschedule, as it was short notice, not even a week notice for my job. She stated that did not matter... So because she wanted an answer RIGHT THEN, that was not good enough for her. Poor customer service. I never said i was not showing up and i never intended to leave them high and dry. I work in the medical field and with scheduling and i would NEVER speak to anyone in the tone she spoke to me in and the curt explanation was nothing but poor customer service skills. I have no issue with any policy any doctor has in place regarding appointments and no shows. However, what would make me want to spend my money(A possible.more than likely root canal- So we are talking $3,000) at an office i expect to receive a minimum of good customer service. Needless to say i called back and even though i was granted the time off from work; cancelled the appointment. I will take my business elsewhere.
