This place was fabulous. I had been knowing I needed a few teeth removed honestly just kept putting it off. Finally on a Sunday the pain just got so bad I had to do something. I called and I had a appointment in 20 minutes. Went in the office was clean, the staff was friendly , and was out with in hour had four teeth pulled with no problems!

I went in today looking for a 2nd opinion on getting implants and the cost. I left there with an entirely new plan and I saved money. DentureLok now has my business. Aside from the new treatment plan and the cost saving the staff from the Dr to the receptionist were great. I'd highly recommend them to anyone wanting implants or dentures.

I had the best experience here. They were honest, caring, went through the treatment plan, costs, etc. They are the first dental office to understand what I've gone through in the past. I look forward to getting through the treatment plan and having an amazing smile. Thank you all! Gary

Went here for an emergency because there was no other option within a reasonable time frame and while the dentist was great and did a wonderful job, the receptionist was very rude when I scheduled my appointment. She said they were out of network with my insurance (which was false) and when I was concerned about the cost she was incredibly condescending when I mentioned I didn't want to come in if it would be thousands of dollars. (I must've missed that day in class when I went to school for mechanical engineering, out-of-pocket pricing for dental emergencies is clearly common knowledge.) After the visit I asked twice for an email receipt to confirm that my insurance had actually paid the bulk of it because I was still put off by her comments about it being out of network. I still had to call back again later to get the receipt. If there were another option I wouldn't have gone after that initial encounter because the way I was treated over the phone ruined my weekend.

5 bad teeth I've been putting off for years finally extracted! No pain or discomfort! Awesome!! Off to the pharmacy! You can't go wrong by coming here!! They take excellent care of you and in making sure you have no pain! ----edit---- Different company name... Not sure if this is the same deal or not now. Got a mystery bill at Christmas time for 60 bucks or so.... When I get time to visit the office I'll see what that's about. If they charge all their customers that for Christmas for no apparent reason, maybe it's how they raise money for their holiday bonus? Lol

I very much recommend this practice! I've been to many dentists and this one stands out by the quality of care, service and affordability - Dr. Stratman and Dr. Ferreira are very knowledgeable, experienced, and truly strive to provide the best solution for you. Peyton at the front office is very friendly and professional. I had an implant done by Dr. Stratman, it was surprisingly painless and fast, he took a couple x-rays to make sure it was perfectly positioned. After healing I had a crown and fillings done by Dr. Ferreira - she did an amazing job as well. Filling was on the front teeth and you cannot tell at all there is one, it looks amazing! The crown felt a tad bulky and Dr. Ferreira right away offered to send it back to the lab to be reshaped at no charge, now I forget I have a crown it fits so well! The office itself is very nice and new. I'll be coming back to this practice for years and already sent my family there. Thank you DentureLok for the exceptional care!

Excellent Service with Integrity. I live in Noblesville Indiana and drive down into Indianapolis almost an hour drive through the city streets for each appointment. All I can say is I'm thankful to have this group of people working to correct my dental problems. Definitely worth the drive!

I had a tooth bothering me very bad, Called them that day, they got me in a little while later ,,they pulled 3 of my back teeth! My mouth didn't swell, didn't bruise, I didn't take one pill for the pain, because there wasn't ANY! I would definitely recommend them ,,actually I have told everyone about my experience with them. My husband and I are going to make us appointment real soon to go in and have more work done! If your in pain, please give them a call, you won't be sorry

Supposed to be an DDS URGENT dental office. Yet call to try to get in same day and they have no appointments available but would be happy to schedule an appointment to help me 5 DAYS from now! Don't know anyone that could tolerate a broken tooth slicing their gums making them bleed non-stop for 5 days! Might want to change your name to slow or when we fell like it dental!
