From a basement office in his home in Victor, NY, Sean Donohoe had a vision to integrate engineering and construction services under one roof and offer a more cost-effective solution to his customers. He started DDS Engineers and Constructors in 2001 and expanded the Companys services five years later when he purchased Rochester Utility Contractors, a long-standing, highly reputable utility construction company based in Rochester, NY. DDS broadened its scope even further in 2017 when it partnered with Feeney Brothers Utility Services, a leading utility service company located in Dorchester, Massachusetts, to form Feeney Utility Services Group.
