I've been going here for years and love it, I highly recommend this place! The dentist, hygienists, and other staff are all nice and competent. They're transparent about billing and don't try to oversell needless procedures. I always feel confortable and listed to, and never feel judged or looked down on, which is unfortunately too common at dental offices. I've done Invisalign here and enjoyed the process, they made it is and it lead to great results.

I'm updating my review that I posted 5yrs ago just to say this place is still awesome and am glad I found it! Go to DC Light! They have hours that seem to work with professionals' schedules. They are metro accessible. The staff was friendly and the wait time was not very long. Dr. Lee seems to approach treatment practically without getting into overpriced procedures.

Dr. Lee is fantastic! From the spa-like decor, to the incredible professionalism of the office staff, to Dr. Lee's exceptional dentistry skills, DC Light Dental is now my go-to dentist. Appointments have always been right on time, the receptionists are super friendly and helpful, and my teeth get the proper treatment it needs - what is there not to love about this place?! Overall, a wonderful experience and will continue to recommend to others.

Not big on reviewing, but I wanted to leave one after a recent cleaning during COVID. The office has done everything to make it a safe space... including a filtration system that operates over your head as you're getting your teeth cleaned. Beyond this though, the staff are incredible. So friendly and personably. Dr. Lee is excellent, never pushes any treatment on you, really cares about your best interest. My last cleaning was yesterday on my birthday and Dr. Lee even came in wishing me a happy bday. I feel so comfortable here, which is a lot to say for a dental office!

First and most important Thankyou Dr Lee for creating an environment of perfection in the Dental practice. From all of the women that work there Erica, Martha and all the front desk employees and also Andy. My 10 years experience has never changed I'm always impressed and satisfied with the level of service I have received and I have had probably every dental procedure you can imagine in the last ten years and Dr Lee and his staff have always kept a professional, carful, and caring attitude. When it comes to perfection. Dr Lee is absolutely the the Best! Dentist in the business and his staff is the best as well! Thankyou Dr Lee. Thankyou Erica. Amanuel.

I have been going to this practice for several years and have spent thousands here. Dr. Lee is an excellent dentist. The front desk staff is another story. I recently called and left a voicemail stating I would be unable to make a recent appointment and was charged a $50 late/ no show fee. I understand why various policies are in place for business purposes, but it makes 0 sense to force a no-show fee on a longstanding customer, especially when they left a voicemail.

I never leave a review, but I had to for this time. Front desk staffs were chatty and gossipy, but they may not realize how far people can hear their conversation. This was a small office, and all the most rooms didn't have door and could catch conversation from outside easily. I spotted many surveillance camera that can listen voice (I use the exact same kinds to watch my dog, and I know it can record) I hope they know that... Otherwise, everything else seemed fine, dental service. Just unprofessional front desk, and I won't be shocked if they have violated HIPPA. Be aware, they maybe talking about you as soon as you leave the door.

I have been coming here for years, and every visit is a pleasant one. Dr.Lee and his team are always on top of it. The front desk girls are AMAZING and ALWAYS so helpful and go above and beyond to provide excellent service no matter how many questions I may have, they explain everything so thoroughly and are so polite. Ill never understand the negative reviews (maybe they just have unrealistic expectations). Definitely the best dentist in town!!!!

They were incredibly rude about trying to schedule an appointment for an emergency service. Wouldn't take anything sooner than a week out, told me verbatim to go elsewhere if I needed something sooner, and when I asked if there was any way to squeeze something in, they blew up at me. Insisted on social security information just to verify they were in network for insurance too.

My husband got his wisdom tooth out by Dr. Shin and he was suffering from pain. The doctor didn't want to prescribe any strong medication except other fancy named Tylenol. We asked the doctor about severe bone loss during the procedure but he told us he did a great job. After a month or so later, my husband was able to feel some left over tooth on his gum. We pulled it out and we found couple broken tooth. I really don't think he did a great job and we will definitely tell all of our friends not to go here because I don't want any of my friends to suffer like how my husband did. Unless anyone's looking for a doctor who doesn't explain anything, I wouldn't even see Dr. Shin.
