Dazzling Smiles welcomes you to our new office on Rt. 57 in Liverpool, New York. Dr. A. Arora and Dr. J. Patel have assembled a caring, nurturing staff of dental professionals to offer a suite of comprehensive dental services to you and your family. From general dentistry, preventive dental care and extractions, root canals, bridges/crowns and dental surgery, Dazzling Smiles wants to improve and maintain your oral health. Along with a wide variety of dental services and procedures we have a clear understanding of preventive dental care. We take steps to treat your existing dental problems before they become worse and make appropriate suggestions to prevent them in the future.
Dr. Arora received the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1997 from New York University, College of Dentistry. Dr. Arora is a member of the NYSDA, ADA and the Fifth District Dental Society of Central New York.
Dr. Arora began his private practice in Watertown in 1999. After a successful first five years, and seeing a need in the Central New York region, Dr. Arora decided to expand into Syracuse. In 2010, Dr. Arora expanded his operations again into Utica, NY and has built a thriving practice in that area. In 2018, Dr. Arora opened Dazzling Smiles in Liverpool, NY.
Dr. Arora is highly experienced in all aspects of general dentistry care; minimizing the need to refer patients to a specialist for treatment. He has recently completed education at the Nash Institute in North Carolina to expand his knowledge and skill with implants and full-mouth reconstruction techniques. He is also expanding his knowledge in the field of treating patients with sleep apnea, in conjunction with their physician.
14 years with the company Dr. Patel received the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2006 from New York University, College of Dentistry. Dr. Patel completed his one year residency in New Jersey in 2007. Dr. Patel joined the Westside Dental family in 2007 starting with our Watertown location. He later moved to Central New York and provides comprehensive dental care at Dazzling Smiles. He has also recently been expanding his knowledge in the treatment of sleep apnea and implants.
Joanna grew up near Watertown, New York. She joined Dr. Arora shortly after he opened his first practice in July 1999. While having no experience in the dental field, she quickly learned the ropes and has been managing the billing for several years.

If I could give this office no stars I would. My partner went in to make a new patient appointment. Once he got inside he was greeted by a very unfriendly female who made it clear "we don't accept that kind of insurance". She treated him as if he was less than human and wanted no part in helping him. He owns his own business and has insurance through the NY State of health website. I'm a nurse at a local doctors office and find this to be absolutely disgusting to treat someone this way. I sent an email and left a message for the office manager to call me back. She called about 24 hours later and after I told her the issue she explained they do take his insurance but are no longer accepting new patients. Which the website clearly states they are. She didn't apologize, ask who the woman was at the desk or what time he was there. I asked if she wanted any information so she could counsel her employee. She said "I'm pretty sure I know who it is". I described the employee to her and again the office manager had nothing to say. I asked what her next steps were and she said I have patients in front of me. I wouldn't let a dead hamster have dental work at this office!

Dr. Arora and his staff have been wonderful to me. He's got a team of very compassionate and caring individuals. I have been going to him for ten years now, and highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Dr. Arora for giving me my smile back

If you want great service, compassionate care, all in a clean facility. Dazzling smiles is your place. I have a fear of going to the dentist but every visit I am treated so well and never judged or made to feel bad that I didn't floss 2 a day for the last 6 months. Highly recommend.

Horrendous service....too worried about selling questionable procedures. They will use bully sales tactics to sell like "you'll be ugly if you don't let us fix your teeth." They also gave my minor child medical advice without me in the room.

Honestly this time around they were terrible, the girl cleaning my teeth was super rude and acted miserable, she was extremely rough when it came to cleaning and flossing my teeth. My whole mouth was filled with blood. The doctor was in for 2 seconds barely looked at my teeth and said have a good day you're all set. I don't know but this place seems like a joke and I am debating on going back or not.

I would highly recommend this practice. I love how they do it all-no referrals needed.Most importantly, Dr.Arora is an amazing dentist and person. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and great at what he does. He also is very kind,compassionate, and humble. It's definitely not just about the money with him. He actually cares. He has made and continues to make a difference in the community with the care and services rendered. The practice is like none other. All the staff goes above and beyond including the office manager(Donna),front desk staff, and the Dental Assistant (Renata).My daughter was sedated for an oral surgery procedure and I was unable to be by her side which is completely normal but scary as a parent. As soon as we left the practice all my daughter did was talk about Renata. She said she was genuinely kind, caring, and so comforting.Thank you all so much for being you and the great work that you do

Absolutely horrible and rude staff. My first and only appointment, I walked in, I was spoke down to because I didn't have the proper paperwork filled out prior to my appointment that was THEIR responsibility to send me. Then AFTER that, the dentists were completely rude and not understanding of my fear and trying to save my tooth they asked me to leave???? I highly do NOT recommend them or not waste your time. The staff is also incompetent, rude and disrespectful. I love how they commented and said that I was using profanity and disrespectful except that from the second that I walked in, the receptionist had been rude to me and spoke down to me for not having the paperwork that they were supposed to send me. Then the first dentist was extremely rude and not understanding of my fear. I hadn't been to a dentist in years and this is why.

Had a recent appointment on Thursday for a root canal, waited almost an hour and when I asked how much longer was told the Dentist was way behind. I was never informed, and had to ask. I ended up having to reschedule instead of waiting hours there. The very next day my tooth ended up with a slight chip and today it broke! If they had taken me on Thursday I probably could've avoided this. They have very bad business, I will be finding someone new.

I recently became a new patient at the Liverpool location. I have horrible anxiety and was very nervous going into my first appointment but from the time I walked in the door until the time I walked out the staff and Dr. Arora made me feel at ease. When I went back for my second appointment the staff and Dr. Aurora took the time to explain my procedure and made sure I understood what was happening every step of the way. I felt no pain or discomfort during my procedure and very minimal pain in the days following the procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. Arora and the staff at Dazzling Smiles.

Amazing dentistry! Very friendly staff. Getting fillings, etc is not really fun but they expect that and treat you like royalty! Would recommend 100 times over! (And they take many different insurance options)

Highly recommend Dr Arora and his team. Excellent staff, they actually listen and treat you like a human. They explain step by step of what they are doing. I'm a very nervous person high anxiety and I was very comfortable with them.

As someone who is irrationally afraid of the dentist starting as a new patient was intimidating! I hadn't been to the dentist in years due to a bad experience. But the dazzling smiles staff made me feel so welcome and at home. They talked me through each procedure beforehand so I was more than prepared for what was to come. The amount of understanding and care this facility has truly blew me away! Quick, easy, and painless!! If you are looking for a new dentist or even looking to switch; this is the place to go!

This place is a little slice of all that's good in humanity, tucked away into a dentists office. The staff here treat you with respect, quell fears, and won't do work that isn't needed just to bill insurance. I've been going here since 2010 and never want to go to another dentist in my life. They take the poorest people's insurance, most offices won't. For anyone looking for a genuinely good place to donate funds that will really help people, please put this office at the top of your list for contributions. I know I do! :D

Came and walked out 3 minutes later. Staff was not accommodating and manager was RUDE, telling me it wasn't her problem when I explain to her my situation.
