This is an absolutly terrible and predatory business. They refused to let my wife use her credit card and mislead her into signing up for a credit card. They made a mistake with the insurance claim, and then they called and harassed my wife over the phone when there was an issue. They outright lied to us on the phone, demanding payment and threatened to send us to a collection agency. After talking to our insurance we worked it out, but it was a headache. They have no respect for their patients.

This is the second time I have had an appointment and no one was there. Another patient was there waiting and he said the same thing. The first appointment I had over the summer which was scheduled by the previous owner. The female dentist said all the records were lost and she had to retake all the films and do a cleaning which had been done not even 12 months before. I'm sure was just to rebill the insurance company. This company needs to be investigated for insurance fraud. Finally, someone came who worked in the dental lab showed up and said that the dental office was closed until the second of January. Never will I go to this dentist again.

They are in the business of cleaning teeth, but they can't even keep their office clean. Dirty and unprofessional. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I was in severe pain due to the overgrowth of my gums. It happened a few months ago because of space closures & braces...the pain reached to the point where I couldn't bear it anymore so I decided to visit dr. shahrzad who happens to be the best dentist in Wollaston. She patiently listened to my problem and then explained the whole treatment in detail. The procedure was seamless thanks to dr. shahrzad and her great staff.

I can believe that this place is allowed to practice health care. I was forced to have dental xrays twice because they made a mistake, when I didnt even want or need them once. All I wanted was a quick filing of a tooth and was made to come back three times. Furthermore, the facilities are dirty, old and unprofessional.

I needed to have my two teeth pulled & replaced with dental implants. I chose Dr. Shahrzad for the procedure as she is the best dentist in MA..I am quite satisfied with how the procedure was done. Dr. Shahrzad made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure..overall, it was a great experience.
