Dr. Escobar was born and raised in Reno, Nevada and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Following his graduation, Dr. Escobar moved to Ann Arbor, Michigan where he attended the University of Michigan, School of Dentistry. He received his dental degree in 2007.
Dr. Escobar took over ownership of Dayton Valley Dental Care in May 2010. Dr. Escobars skills and compassion go hand in hand when providing exceptional patient care. As a dental professional he stays up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for his patients. As a doctor he recognizes that his patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in him and his team. That is one of the many reasons why he values each and every patient relationship.
Maritza has been with Dayton Valley Dental Care since Jan 2011. She was born and raised in Carson City and has attended college at TMCC and WNC. With Maritza being bilingual it is her goal to make sure every patient feels welcomed and understands all of their dental needs.
She attends continuing education classes to stay informed with all of new dental ways. Maritza strives to make sure every patient is warmly welcomed, treated like family, and are completely happy with their dental experience.
Bianca joined our team in 2013. She moved here from Northern California and is residing in the Carson City area. Bianca graduated Douglas High and currently is attending WNC to further her knowledge in the dental field. With Bianca being bilingual she strives to make all of our patients as comfortable as possible.
Bianca is the first friendly face youll see when you come into the office, greeting you with her big SMILE! She helps to make our office run as smoothly as possible so our doctor and team can provide efficient, high-quality care.
Kristin graduated from Truckee Meadows Community College in May of 2012 where she obtained her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene. She also completed her Bachelors of Science in Community Health Science at University of Nevada in December of 2012. Kristin brings to the office a fresh attitude and a passion for providing oral health care and education. Kristin prides herself in staying current with the latest research in preventative oral health care. Her professionalism and commitment are noticeably reflected in her positive attitude and delivery of care.
Esmeralda found her passion for the dental field through the military and began her training in 2010. Esmeralda served 6 years in the U.S. Air Force as a dental assistant before returning to her hometown of Sparks and becoming a dental hygienist. Compassion and team approach are her focus when providing oral health education and preventive services for her patients. She also engages in continuing education courses to stay current with dental research and technology.

I was able to get in the day I called within just a few hours. The entire staff were super nice and very efficient. I let my fingers do the walking to do a bit of shopping before I decided to get 2 teeth extracted. The quotes were 400 to 450 per tooth around town. Dr. Escobar pulled them both for only 590! I recommend this dentist to anyone needing work.

I had an emergency and they were able to see me pretty quickly. Dr. Escobar is very personable and did a great job on my tooth issue. The staff was very nice, also found their pricing to be consistent with other dentists. Highly recommend him.

Had a dental emergency, called them up and they were able to not only accommodate me same day which is practically unheard of BUT they also did the work I needed done, all in one hour time. Considering, this was the most professional, friendly, and accommodating Dental office I've ever been to. I will refer others for sure! Thank you Dr Escobar & Team

I'm a dentist and this is the office I choose for my own dental work. They are worth the 50 min drive to Dayton. Everything in this office is state of the art, modern, and super clean. Dr. Escobar is meticulous, gentle , and extremely talented. He has taken countless hours of continuing education and it shows. Sarah at the front desk is personable and sweet. Dental assistant Maritza has been with Dr. Escobar for years and their camaraderie is comforting and fun. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been driving from Tahoe to see Dr Escobar and his staff for years now. He and his staff have treated us like family and have really taken their time to educate us with our dental needs. My family and I are happy to have found a team that makes us feel comfortable in the chair and explains the work they are doing step by step. I have had much work done with him from extractions to same day crowns and I am very pleased with their work. Thank you Dr Escobar and your staff.

Having never had crown work done, my anxiety was at an all time high. Dr. Escobar and his staff explained everything, every step of the way. Dr Escobar and his staff were amazing! From the moment I went in the office they were all very patient and educated me on all my dental needs. Then after my initial appointment I sat down with their financial coordinator who set up appointments for me that best worked with my schedule and finances. Highly recommend this office!
