I arrived early my appointment was at 1:30 by by 20 after 2 when I was being called back.I was not surprised I would have to wait as the office was quite busy. That was OK I busied myself with phone. I. In back I got my x-rays,then taken to a room. I was probably in the back a 1/2 hour or so for the exam and a conversation about treatment then sent on my way. Now I wait for my insurance approval. I found the dentist and his staff in the back to be just a sweet,kind and friendly. Some of the people in reception seemed a little stoic less than friendly but not mean or anything. It was a contrast for sure. I did notice weirdness about calling to set up my appointment and not getting an answer on the phone but then someone from that same number texts me and asking me to send pictures of my insurance insurance. A little unprofessional and a little weird that could have been anybody on that phone the way phones are spoofed these days. I think I would suggest that the office staff actually answer the phone talk to you and then they can ask for your insurance. It had been years and years and years since I had been there taking a friend and I was pleasantly surprised about how nice the inside was. I would suggest some kind of music or something in the waiting room it would seem to help take the edge off of the people who were impatient about waiting. It would also help not being able to hear other people's conversations. But I was very happy with my visit and I will be coming back.

Waiting room was extremely busy which intensified my anxiety. However, once I was with staff I felt better and was able to relax some.

Waited for my appointment for 45 minutes but the staff in the back and my doctor was amazing!! Office staff need to be a little more polite!!! And please answer the phones!!!! Especially when we need medication refills after having dental work done!!

Dayton dental is really not bad for dentist officelol.but seriously they got me in quick when I called.they pulled my teeth all of them. I was sore for couple days but it didn't take long to heal .that was July twelfth day before my birthday .new it is sept first and I am getting fitted for new teeth next week I get to try them and the next they will be mine I can't say it was painless but it was really not bad I would definitely give them five stars

This office was extraordinary! I have high anxiety to the point of breaking down when I have to see a dentist. I let them know this and they went the extra mile to make sure that I was relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend them

Very professional and kind staff. However the dentist struggled to get my tooth out and ripped my gum. My recovery is very difficult and painful because of the ripped gum.
