I need a apt like yesterday, I have a heart murmur and infection in my gums and by teeth hurt and they said not till November, I could die before then. Please call me back sooner. Jeremy Fore

I've called for three weeks to make an appointment because I have a tooth that needs pulled because it's hurting so bad, and every time I call, they tell me to call back next week and that there are no appointments available.

I would highly recommend this place! Its always a great and comfortable environment! The staff are very friendly, nice, as well as make you feel welcome! They do excellent work and almost fall asleep every time while they work on my teeth for the simple fact of how relaxed and comfortable I do feel! Thank you Dayspring Dental and keep up the good work!

Called to see about getting my husband in as a new patient. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to let me even tell her what the issue is.

They really went out of their way to help us with a dental emergency this practice was really great and took very good care of us all of the staff was great!!!!

The Great: Dr Reed is a great doctor. His dental team is friendly and accommodating. They explain everything and made sure I was comfortable. The Terrible: Try to get scheduled. Try to get a return call. Try to get ANY information. While the medical staff is A+, the clerical and support staff is very much lacking. See other reviews. No return calls. Wait for hours. All I needed was an updated quote from November 2020. I increased my dental insurance on 1/1/2021 for better coverage. I updated the info with them in the phone on 1/5/2021. I have called 8 times for the updated quote. As of 3/15/2021 still waiting for it. I have been told it's coming now, they will call when I can pick it up, it is being emailed, the office manager left (I wonder why), someone is going to train us on using the billing ( how if manager left) and never hear back. Today 3/16/21 I was told again manager left, need more training and that they need to talk to doctor. Why involve him. The quote if work won't change just the amount I pay. I have been ensured that I'll receive the quote by email today. We will see...... If time is not an issue to you then this office is perfect. It's a shame because in Over 40 years, these are some of the dental practitioners I have worked with. You could loose your teeth trying to get to them

Do not by dentures from this place. I have had mine a month and they have already cracked. I was told I had to buy another plate. I have yet to hear from you're team. I had to sell my car to buy dentures. This is nothing but a run around. I am very upset about this.

Do not by dentures from this place. I have had mine a month and they have already cracked. I was told I had to buy another plate. I have yet to hear from you're team. I had to sell my car to buy dentures. This is nothing but a run around. I am very upset about this.

If it's an emergency don't call this place it states on a it's website "same day appointments available for urgent dental needs" they tell you call at 9am to get appointment for that day but 4 days straight called every day the same excuse was given "sorry not enough staff try again tomorrow" if you can't give emergency dental don't advertise it on your website and when someone calls tell them the truth we don't do emergency dental. They tried giving me an appointment 2 months away for an emergency. Change your website it's wrong to false advertise. Trust me if your in urgent need find somewhere else

Appointment was at 145...xray done at 2 o clock then im left sitting in a room...look at the clock and its 410...really the nurse said we will be right with u...well i ended up leaving after sitting there for over 2 hours without being seen.. Very bad service on my end of the deal...i understand it takes time but y not just come out and tell u

Very friendly staff! Great facility and very kid-friendly. Saturday and Evening hours....wonderful!
