I had an amazing experience getting Invisalign treatment at Days to Smile. Dr. Cheng is thorough and her staff is helpful. Zoe, especially, clarified everything about financing in the beginning and was extremely welcoming everytime I visited the clinic. I'm super happy with my results!

Awful experience. I was expecting great things after seeing the reviews but had the opposite experience. I booked in a consultation to talk to Dr Cheng about next steps on my Invisalign treatment which had been paused as I relocated to the US. I was asking very basic, general questions and her expertise on next steps. She was incredibly rude and defensive from the word go right through to when I left. I showed her a photo of my teeth before they'd started shifting back to their pre-Invisalign state - I thought it would be helpful to show her my goal for this next round - and she replied 'I don't really care about Instagram photos' (it wasn't an Instagram photo). She also started telling me completely out the blue how the US dental industry is far superior to the UK's. Er, OK? I made my excuses and left. She clearly has a chip on her shoulder for some reason, a scary attitude and, ultimately, was not at all interested in getting any of my business - a bizarre move from someone who's running a business. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

I had an overwhelmingly positive with Dr. Cheng and the Invisalign process. I consulted a few other ortho's in the SF area and ended up picking Dr Cheng due to her honesty and directness about my treatment (the other places were trying to upsell me and didn't directly tell me that my treatment will take at least 6 months). The process was super easy - I came in, got my X-rays done, and later came in to receive my trays. I consulted with Dr. Cheng virtually twice, and never had to come back to the office until my last tray. My treatment was 18 trays (36 weeks total) and went exactly as anticipated. Overall, incredible experience, would highly recommend Days to Smile for those looking to get any ortho done.

Dr. Cheng and her team have been amazing. I'd been using Invisalign trays from another orthodontist for a long time and it wasn't effective at all, but I switched to Dr. Cheng and she finished my treatment in less than a year! I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend Dr. Cheng!

Great service! Came in with a specific vision and mind, and Dr Amanda and her team helped me through the Invisalign process to align my teeth and made sure every last detail was addressed! And was easy to do mostly remotely as well!

Dr Cheng is simply the best - she listened to all my concerns (crowding overbite and bite alignment issues) and put together a super effective treatment plan that worked seamlessly with life's hectic-ness! I had braces as a kid and was wary how this experience was going to turn out, but she eased all my concerns and I now have a super straight teeth and a pretty smile thanks to Dr. Cheng! If you're looking for an orthodontist who will get you results, don't hesitate to go visit her!

I couldn't be more happy with my Ortho journey! I needed to seek treatment to make space for dental implants. I went to a total of 5 different consultations and the only Doctor I felt comfortable with was Dr. Cheng. She considers things no other Orthodontist considered like how my bite will affect my smile as I age, ensuring I'm not allergic to the metals that are apart of the standard braces treatment to name a couple. Because of this I knew Dr Cheng was the right choice. I opted for an accelerated treatment and started my journey in June of 2020 and just finished in January 2021! Only 6 months from start to finish with ceramic braces, I couldn't believe it. The offices are so beautiful and relaxing, Zoe who is your go to for billing made invoicing and billing a breeze. Overall, I'm overjoyed with how my teeth came out and I can't recommend Dr Cheng enough!!!

Couldn't be happier with how my teeth turned out! They have excellent COVID-19 safety protocols (I'm anxious by nature but felt very safe the whole time). I appreciated Dr. Cheng's flexibility and guidance throughout the process and would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Dr. Cheng for Invisalign!! It was super easy, even during Covid. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with from the front desk to Dr. Cheng. I'm thrilled with my results, and in such a short time. Dr. Cheng is an artist, my teeth look beautiful thanks to her!! I've had friends with horrible stories re:their Invisalign. I can't understand it. This was seamless, with a perfect result. Thank u sooo much Dr. Cheng!!!

The whole process was very nice and fast. My teeth have been greatly moved to my desired position. Dr Cheng would checkin regularly via video because of the covid. Overall it was efficient and they respond to emails message very quickly. Highly recommended!

Worked Dr Cheng's team for over a year now - the experience is excellent and their facilities is top notch. I had to get Invisalign treatment because I'm missing 4 molars. Dr. Cheng was able to come up with a treatment plan that closed a significant amount of gaps in my mouth resulting in needing just ONE tooth implant versus 4 implants.

Just completed my 6 month accelerated Invisalign treatment with Dr. Cheng! I'm so happy with my smile and the entire experience. I've been wanting to get my teeth fixed for years now and I'm glad I decided to go with Days to Smile, they made everything so easy. Can't wait to start with my retainers and finally be more than happy with my smile!
