I traveled to Cancun for dental work in the Summer of 2022. I couldn't be happier with the results. Dr Carrasco and his staff were great. He explained step by step the procedures and made me feel very comfortable. . Cancun was easy to travel to, Dentacare ( Dr Carrasco's practice) provided transportation to and from the airport. Dentacare also provided all the pricing upfront and transparent. I would also like to commend Dr Carrasco on his skill, I experience no pain or discomfort from his dental work. If you are seriously considering dental tourism I would highly recommend Dayo Dental and Dr Carrasco. Feel assured you will be receiving the highest quality of Dental care.

December 2021 was my first time to try the services of Dayo Dental based on the recommendation of a good friend. It worked out great and I am only sorry I cannot give them 6 stars. Good people and I am very pleased with the Dental work I received by the Rubio Group in Mexico. Brett

I saw Dr Ever in Los Algodones Mexico at the Dr Parra Implant Clinic. I highly recommend this place and every member of the staff. I have had previous dental work and am scared usually but this whole experience was amazing. I had 4 implants placed, the all on four, and then the full denture on my bottom. Never have I experienced such professionalism and knowledge as I have here. Also, I got a 5 year warranty, now that's someone who supports and stands by their work. I'll definitely be going back for all my dental needs.

AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!! Still in a lot of pain a month later!!! I will lose my tooth and have 2 additional root canals and pay $3-5,000 to repair the damage he did!!! I will never go back. While Dr. Ernesto may be a great dentist, he kept getting distracted by his conversations with his friends/ coworkes. I went to get deep cavities removed and fillings replaced and they told me I need 5 crowns!! Without doing a root canal, because we all wanted to save my teeth, he drilled 2 teeth down to a stub, pulverizing the gum line all around them. Almost every time I said OW, he asked "does that hurt??" Like I was making it up! He applied temporary crowns, I came back to get fillings done and he barely used any Novocain. Their website did not specify that the Zirconium crown cost $200 more and the cheaper crown takes a week to get made!! So, now I've been in agonizing pain for 3 hours each day for 2 days, I go back to get the permanent crown and the technician messed up!! The pain of taking off the temporary crown was the worst pain I've ever had!! 4 days, 3-4 hours each day and then waiting in line in 96 degree weather for as long as 2 hours to get across the border!! After all that my bite is not the same, my jaw hurts from the misalignment, the fillings are rough and jagged, the crowns don't look or feel like my old teeth. I may have saved money, but I will never go back and I will probably end up losing the teeth after all. They did refund me for the one crown, but it doesn't begin to cover what it costs here in the states and I had to fight for weeks to get them to send a check!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

11/24/20 My wife has been terrified to go to the dentist all of her life. Her teeth finally got so bad she had to go. We visited a dentist office here in Phoenix and they literally wanted to pull out every tooth in her mouth and start over. All we could see in their eyes were dollar signs. We did extensive research on the internet looking for a high-quality dentist in Los Algodones, Mexico. We made the trip to Los Algodones in September of 2019 and interviewed three dentists. The first two dentist offices we visited were very crowded and made us feel like we were just a number in a long list of patients. Our last interview of the day was with Dr Rodolfo Carboni at the Parra Implant Center. He gave us a quick tour of the place and showed us all their high-tech equipment. We spent over an hour reviewing several dental repair treatments. He said that many of the teeth the Phoenix doctor wanted to pull out could and should be saved. We discussed my wife's fear of dentistry and decided on having her anesthetized for the first visit which required several teeth to be extracted. Dr Carboni recommended we repair my wife's teeth in stages, one section of the mouth at a time, several months apart. She needed bone graphs, implants, and several crowns. I am extremely happy to report that we finished the last procedure on 11/24/20. My wife loves her new teeth and cannot wait to show them off to her coworkers. We highly recommend Dr Carboni and his team and have already referred two of our friends to him. Tim and Caesar run the front desk and actually have a sense of humor and treat you like you are an old friend. Tim will order any medications you need and have them delivered right to Dr Carboni's office. Be sure to tell Tim you want your prescriptions delivered by Donkey. He will understand . Dr Carboni and his assistant Melina are professionals and take great pride in what they do. "Good Enough" is NOT good enough for them. If something is not exactly right Dr Carboni will send it back to the lab to be redone. He and Melina are very picky and will not stop until it is exactly right. We have not only found our dentist for life, but a team of people who genuinely enjoy what they do and care deeply about our dental health. Oh, did I mention price? We saved tens of thousands of dollars compared to the Phoenix dentist price. That is not a typo...Tens of Thousands of Dollars. Jeff G

I found Dayo through a friend who was also getting work done. Liz helped recommend Dr. Parra's Implant Center in Algodones, MX. I couldn't speak more highly of Dr. Parra, Dr. Evers, Dr. Carboni, and the entire staff!! Ive had terrible experiences with various dentists here in America, and finally I was quoted to do all on four implants as my only option, so I went to Dr. Parra's office for a second consultation. I ended up being able to save almost all of my teeth for half the price I was quoted here, and their customer service is unmatched. Their staff knows you by name and goes out of their way to make you feel personally welcomed. Their lab and equipment are state of the art and in the same building, so there's no need to leave the office for a specialist. Their office is less than a 5 minute walk across the border and directly across from the walk in entry line, so no need to drive in. I've had multiple appointments now with oral surgery and crowns placed on every tooth; every time with them is seamless and professional. I now have a smile I dreamed about and will never even consider another dentist in the states!

I went to a dentist in Phoenix and was quoted 50K for 4 in 1 implants I was given Dayo Dental's information from a friend and was quoted 30k , I went down to Mexico and saw Dr. Ever de la Toba and he told me I didn't need implants and he could fix my teeth with crowns, which would cost 20k. While my teeth are not done yet, I was impressed by the office and dental staff of the office. Everyone was very professional and caring. Thank you Dayo Dental for setting everything up. :-)

I've used Dayo Dental three times. The first time I arrived, the dentist office had no appointment for me, despite an e-mail (and call) from Dayo confirming my appointment. If the dentist office would not have been able to fit me in, I would have traveled 1,200 miles...for nothing. Strike one... The second time I went to Los Algodones, I asked to have a cleaning in addition to having implants. The dentist told me that Dayo didn't notify them of the cleaning and they were unable to do the cleaning in the time they had allotted for the me that day. Strike two... The third time I went, I carefully confirmed (in writing this time!) that I was to have two implant crowns, two replacement crowns, a cleaning and several fillings replaced. Dayo confirmed that all of the items would be performed and they gave me a price list for the work to be performed. When I arrived at the dentist office, they said Dayo had only scheduled the implant crowns. No replacement crowns were scheduled. The fillings could not be done, and neither could they do the cleaning because Dayo had only scheduled me for an hour. They fit in the replacement crowns, but it put the next patient (and their staff) nearly 40 minutes behind schedule because Dayo hadn't properly scheduled my appointment. Also, the actual price for this visit was $390.00 more than the quote they sent me. Strike three... I'm done with them and I scheduled the final appointment directly with the dentist office. Be aware that Dayo can't schedule appointments when you call. You call them, they call the dentist, and they call you back. Pretty old school. Wouldn't you think they would have a common scheduling application? And why have a middleman involved? There is no cost benefit and the more people involved in a transaction, the more likely that someone will drop the ball. If I had not needed another visit, I would have traveled 1,200 miles round trip and not had the fillings replaced, not had the replacement crowns installed or the cleaning I had seheduled (twice). I understand the allure of dealing with a US based entity when doing medical tourism. The unfortunate reality is that Dayo made numerous, and potentially costly errors, and this company doesn't appear to be up to the task of properly scheduling an appointment...which is their core function. All that said, I received excellent care from my dentist and many other people have said Dayo has done well by them. It's possible I just happened to be that unlucky client that fell through the cracks? In any event, I would recommend confirming with BOTH Dayo and the dentist office to make sure that everyone is on the same page so you didn't make a long and expensive trip for nothing. My 2 cents...

After our son was given a near $60,000 estimate in Mpls, MN for a full set of "All-on-four" implants (top & bottom), I began a search for an affordable option in Mexico. My search online began to feel like a "needle in a haystack" experience but there was one dentist who seemed to be just what our son needed. Soon I came across Dayo Dental who would help us find the right dentist. When we called and told them our son's dental needs, they immediately named Dr. Everado de la Toba (the dentist I had picked out in my search) at Dr. Parra Dental as our best option--and at half the cost. Once we made the appointment, they helped us with hotel options in Yuma, AZ and what to expect once in Los Algodones. The Dental office that they recommended was well designed and clean. Dr. "Evers" was absolutely the best! Because we live quite a distance away, Dr Evers did things a bit different in order that our son's mouth could heal properly and become the strongest before the temporary & final teeth could be attached. While that was initially disappointing, it was the best for our son. Dayo Dental helped us not only find the right dentist for our son's needs, but answered all our questions, and the service they provide is extremely helpful for those of us who have never experienced going into Mexico for dental care. Thank you Dayo Dental!

I INQUIRED ABOUT THE DAYO OFFICE IN LOS ALGODONES. MY ORIGINAL REASON WAS BECAUSE OF THE COMPETITIVE PRICING AS COMPARED TO U.S. PRICES. NOW THAT I HAVE MET THE STAFF AND RECEIVED THE PROFESSIONAL DENTAL SERVICE, I WILL CONTINUE TO GO THERE EVEN IF THE PRICE WAS NOT LOWER THAT THE U.S. THIS IS THE BEST DENTAL OFFICE, THE BEST DENTAL PERSONNEL AND OVERALL BEST EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD WITH REGARD TO MY DENTAL NEEDS. ALSO TIM AT THE LOS ALGODONES OFFICE IS PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING. HIS SCHEDULING AND BOOKKEEPING IS GREAT. CHARLES COOK, MENIFEE CALIFORNIA.

We are just travelling back from Los Algodones after seeing Dr. Evers and his great staff. I can't say enough about everyone from Tim and Caesar at reception who both made us feel at home doing everything from paperwork to having lunch delivered(when they recommend, LISTEN!) Tim is the most entertaining and welcoming whilst still being professional person I've met. Dr. Evers is equally as great! Professional, thorough, the list could go on forever. The facility is top notch! We will be back in a month to finish the work and will recommend and hand walk anyone in our lives that will listen. Great job! Can't wait to see you all again!
