I enjoyed the staff and facilities, but I had to reschedule my last appointment due to a last minute work trip, and the soonest they could get me back on the books was 6 months out. Their waitlist for any cancellations was so long that I was warned it wasn't worth it.. Very frustrating that they have taken on so many clients that they can't service their existing ones.

Would rate zero stars if I could. I had an appointment today with Dr Aditi Mehndiratta and had the absolute worst experience. Upon coming in and informing her of my sensitive and already swollen gums, she had lacked any empathy as she dug her tools into my gums causing them to bleed profusely while I was there. To which she commenting "wow, that's a lot of bleeding" rather than checking up on me to see if I was in pain. The whole I thought, she must know what she's doing, she's a doctor. I came home with red, even more swollen, and bruised gums. My mouth has been violated and this experience will bring me trauma for the rest of my life. If you chose to come here, I'm sure every other doctor is not as bad but please, do not chose Dr. Aditi.

This dentistry is so poorly run that I have had numerous cancellations and rescheduled appointments (sometimes the day of the appointment). The staff isn't much friendly. Once, I waited 45 mins past my scheduled time for a consultation, and when I went to let the staff know I was leaving after waiting all I got was an "OK." I cannot rely on this group for an appointment I likely scheduled weeks or months in advance. Also, know that if you're calling about anything, it's guaranteed you'll be waiting on hold for at least a good 10-15 mins every time.

they send you a confirmation email with nothing else to fill out and then when you arrive at the place they make you fill out the rest of the process while the other patients take your place and leave you waiting, very bad attention and also when you leave the claims is the administrator of the place starts yelling at you

The dentist was quite nice and seemed competent. However I felt the cleaning was insufficient. Also, I had to teach the hygienist how to use a dental threader to floss around permanent retainers, which seemed a little weird to have to teach a hygienist. Office is dated, needs a detail and a new coat of paint.

I absolutely love this place! Dr. Mak is the best dentist I have ever been seen by. My kids adore him as well. They are always excited to see Dr Mak for their routine appointments. He makes you feel so comfortable. I feel like he genuinely cares about me and wants the best for me and my overall teeth health. I have also had allot of interaction with the office staff and they are always friendly and helpful. Anytime I've had any kind of issue they've handled it promptly and kindly. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who's looking for affordable fast excellent dental care. They also have great payment options. They set me up on a great payment plan with no interest.

I've been a patient at Davis Smiles for several years now and have always been impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of this practice. I regularly go in for my scheduled cleanings and have only ever had one major surgery done with the removal of a wisdom tooth. Never had a complaint about any of those experiences. In fact, I relocated to a different neighboring city last summer and didn't even consider changing to a more local dentist. In terms of the staff, the front office is always welcoming and personable even though they always seem to be steadily busy with phone calls and check-ins. When checking in, they reiterate what I'm there for and verify what the costs will be if I opt for a fluoride treatment. After checking in I sit in the waiting room and am generally not sitting there longer than 10 minutes. A friendly hygienist will call my name and then ask me about my day, check in on my comfort level and give me instructions on what to expect. Dr. Mak is my dentist and is by far the best I've ever had. Like the rest of the staff Dr. Mak is personable and seems sincere in making sure you have healthy teeth. He always gives me suggestions on areas I should focus on with brushing and doesn't ever seem rushed. From my experience Davis Smiles Dentistry is a great option when looking for a dentist. Highly recommend!

My mom needed her teeth pulled and dentures to replace her teeth. She went to Davis Smiles because they took her insurance. It was the best decision she could have made. Dr. Mak and his staff were wonderful to work with and made the process easy. She received a friendly welcome at each visit. My mom's dentures fit really good. I LOVE this dental place! The hygienist, Sonja, and my dentist, Dr. Mak are exceptional. I first came to them with a lot of dental problems and not only did they make me feel comfortable and welcome, they fixed all my teeth and even replaced a crown for free when it broke on me. They also have a fantastic payment plan that allows you to decide what you can afford to pay each month. The girls at the desk are well informed and can walk you through any questions you may have. I would highly recommend this location and, more specifically, this dentist and hygienist, to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Truly exceptional people. I will be moving in the next few months and will drive 2 hours back to them for my appointments. Simply wonderful people.

Everyone was pleasant except Dr. Vicuna. He was very rude and inconsiderate during this difficult time in my life. Almost ruined my whole experience as I deal with anxiety, and was already feeling apprehensive about my procedure. Would only come back if he was not there.

Sonja was fantastic as a hygienist and explained all of her findings in considerable detail-thorough in finding all the problem areas. Dr. Pannu and Dr. Vicuna are among the best dentists I've ever been treated by. But really, the entire staff of Davis Smiles Dentistry are so kind and really professional. Not professional in a light sense, but like they really really know their stuff. I recommend Davis Smiles to everyone. Get your teeth looked at regularly!! And floss after you eat, not just at night. Best advice I've ever gotten.

Rosie at the front desk is very attentive, informative and goes the extra mile to ensure the appointments are matching our already busy schedules, she even remembers your name when you walk in! Always a pleasure coming here! Rosie, Sonja, Dr. Vicuna, Crystal, and the rest of the staff are the kindest, most respectful, professional, and friendliest dental office workers I've known. Their office is conveniently located next to my place of work and their appointment times fit right into my schedule. My teeth feel great and I feel confident I'm getting the best dental care. I had my very first dental implant last year and got through the process smoothly. Will definitely recommend this to anyone!
