Although I grew up in Sante Fe, New Mexico, I have always dreamed of visiting my extended family in Cadiz, Spain. I moved to Phoenix and met my husband twenty sixyears ago, and then we began our own family here. We now have three beautiful children who keep us busy. I enjoy going to the gym,swimming, painting ceramics, and going on dates with my husband.

I have been interested in the anatomy of peoples teeth, and the effect of teeth on peoples lives, ever since I was a child. I was very embarrassed by my own snaggle tooth, but was fortunate to have a dentist uncle who was able to fix my smile. I had always felt that my ugly tooth was the first thing people looked at, and it was such a wonderful feeling to be able to finally smile! I think that your confidence in your teeth will crossover into so many other areas of your life, allowing you to light up the whole room with your smile. To this day, it still encourages me when patients come in for a smile makeover and leave with a renewed sense of self-confidence.

I have lived in Arizona my whole life. Growing up I always had a passion for helping people and seeing others happy. My goal is that you are treated with the care that you deserve and always leave with a smile. I am truly blessed to be working with an amazing team. The work atmosphere is great, and all of our patients are wonderful.

I started my dental career over 20 years ago in sunny southern California. That is also where I became a registered and certified dental assistant. I have done all aspects of dental from Regional management, single office management, insurance biller and as an assistant. My true passion is dental assisting. Helping patients, becoming their friend and making them comfortable is very rewarding to me.

When Im not working in the dental office, you will find me with my family members. My husband of 17 years, and myself have a son and daughter. You will surely find us on a soccer field, watching movies or enjoying time with our English bulldog, Roxy.

I have lived in Arizona my entire life, spending my childhood in Scottsdale and am now living in Cave Creek. Growing up as the daughter of a dental technician and as the niece of a local dentist, I have always had my hands in the dental field. It felt only natural for me to begin my own career as a dental hygienist over thirteen years ago, and I have enjoyed getting to know all of my patients over the years. One of the reasons I am so excited to be a part of this team is our shared philosophy on individual patient care and stress on continuing education in both technological developments as well as techniques.

I have been happily married to my husband Gary for over 20 years, and I am a proud mom to my daughter Kaitlyn and son Christian. When I am not relaxing at home I am either attending one of my kids sporting events or enjoying lake time wakeboarding with my friends and family.

I have been working in the dental field for many years with the last 18 years as a dental hygienist. I did not know that having my own dental issues as a teenagerwith too much spacing between my 2 small front teethwould lead me into a long lasting dental career. I have been infatuated with smiles and helping other feel better about their oral health. It has been a rewarding career and appreciate getting to know patients. I enjoy learning and keeping up on the latest technology and continuing education in order to address the individual needs of patient care. I grew up in New York and relocated to Arizona when I was young. I completed my education with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Northern Arizona University. I have three children who keep me on the run. A creatively brilliant daughter, a good natured and tender hearted daughter, and a sport addicted son. When I am not working and tending to them, I enjoy hiking, racquetball, and scuba diving. Also, I volunteer at my childrens school and their church youth group.

Born in Huntsville, Texas, Dr. Mark Davis began learning about dentistry at an early age. With grand-uncle who was one of the first orthodontists in Texas and a father who is an oral surgeon, he was always comfortable in a dental office. In fact, it wasn't until dental school that he learned that some people are afraid of going to the dentist! After graduating from Southwestern University, the oldest university in Texas, Dr. Mark Davis received his Masters in Molecular Biology at Southern Methodist University. While there, he taught the freshman biology lab and worked on a research team studying the causes of African Sleeping Sickness. Dr. Mark Davis then continued his education at Baylor College of Dentistry, where he earned recognition as the best cosmetic dentist as well as one of the five best clinicians. Dr. Mark Davis did his general practice residency at the VA in Dallas. There he focused on surgical dentistry, including implant placement and restoration, extractions, trauma cases, and severe periodontal disease treatment.

Dr. Mark Davis met his wife, Dr. Monika Davis, at Baylor. After a long friendship and a romantic courtship, they married and moved to Arizona in 2007. Knowing that they wanted to begin their own family, Drs. Mark and Monika Davis had to decide where they wanted to build their life. Because both her brother and her parents already lived in Scottsdale, and because his parents have a second home here as well, the decision was a simple and happy one. With four energetic young children, Drs. Mark and Monika Davis spend most of their free time at the parks, hiking the local trails, or on play-dates. When Dr. Mark Davis has an afternoon or evening out with his friends, he also enjoys playing golf and working on landscaping.

Dr Davis and his wonderful staff are top notch in every category you can think of. Extremely professional and friendly, it was a joy to visit there even though I was having extensive work done. A crown is an artificial tooth that is crafted and shade-matched to look just like a natural tooth. An implant-supported crown is often the best dental solution when a patient is only missing a single tooth.

Dental bridges are comprised of crowns that have been cemented together. Implant-supported bridges are held in place on either side by dental implants. This restoration fills in the gap caused by up to three consecutive missing teeth.

If you are missing an entire arch of teeth, dentures supported by implants may be a good fit for you. Implant-supported dentures do not require messy adhesives, and instead are secured in place by implants for improved stability. Our Scottsdale office also offers All-on-4 dental implants that can support a denture for patients who may not qualify for traditional options due to jawbone atrophy.

During placement, your dental implants are inserted directly into the jawbone. You will then need time to heal and allow the implants to fuse to the bone in a process called osseointegration, which can take about three to six months.

Dr. Davis will take impressions of your teeth to craft a custom restoration that's comfortable and blends in seamlessly with the surrounding natural teeth. At our Scottsdale dental practice, we use digital impressions, eliminating the need for messy putty impressions. These impressions are then sent to our lab where your crown, bridge, or denture is crafted.

After about three to four weeks, your crown, bridge, or denture will arrive back at our office. Dr. Davis will place your restoration and make any needed adjustments to ensure proper function and comfort.
