They send you an email to let you know they have availability and want you to fill some appointment times. Then you show up 40 minutes early just to sit there until 15 minutes after your scheduled time.

To address some of the concerns from other reviews: They are open til 11:15 and 4:15, however doors are usually closed on the hour, but patients who arrived before 11 are in the building. The man who mentioned his medical records-this is a dental clinic, medical records aren't used at the DCs I very much doubt someone tells people they can't afford something. However it would be useful knowledge for the patient to know an estimated cost of care in private practice. Some have no idea how absurdly high the prices are. :( During PCS season (summer) everyone is short staffed. It takes longer to get care. However many people know well in advance when they are due for their medical/dental needs via Medpros. It's on the person to schedule in a timely manner. There are plenty of 4 day weekends that the Medical and Dental facilities are not off. But if you don't want to go on your day off, that's on you. People get sick, it's part of life. Lastly, if there is a particular person that you have had a bad interaction with at any medical/dental facility (civilian OR military) you need to get that person's name and make a direct complaint through ICE.

I've come on several occasions around 11 and they are already "closed for lunch" when the hours posted online and on the front doors say that they close for lunch at 11:15.

Imagine showing up to your appointment 15 mins early, ready to be seen, and be told your provider called in sick so now you are being rescheduled a month from now. When asking for an exception due to the circumstances you are told absolutely not and that it is what it is by the front desk worker. Military members are treated like absolute garbage wether it's medical or dental treatment. This is part of the typical neglect the DOD has for hiring workers and providing service. Military members get the bottom of the barrel of workers. This issue needs to be address at the highest level at this clinic. There should be no reason a military member returns from deployment needing dental treatment waits a month to get seen then is told to wait another month.....unbelievable

I worked at Davis Dental Clinic for 1 year as a contractor before I transitioned to government employment. I really enjoyed my time here as a Dental Assistant/MSA. Davis Dental clinic has a great Practice Manager and OIC. The Front desk staff (MSA'S) are extremely professional and kind. Davis Dental clinic have the best Hygienist and Dental Assistants on Fort Bragg. I truly enjoyed you all !!!

If you are a soldier they treat you horrible, they just want to get to the next person! Long story short I went in to get white fillingS RE filled that I got before the military which is normal for white fillings, my doctor refilled it with amalgam which is sliver without informing me before hand I questioned her and her response was "oh thought I was doing you a favor" A different situation occurred asked if they could refer me off post they laughed at me and said I wouldn't be able to afford it

The actual dental staff is nice and very competent, the employees at the front desk however are unnecessary rude, misinformed and seem to not enjoy their jobs. The receptionist lady is to busy on her phone to attend you and is obviously annoyed at your interruption of her leisure activities. The obese gentleman doing the in processing of troops is misinformed and patently lazy. I sat there observing him process troops with contempt. I will be filing an ICE comment this afternoon, I suggest anyone that experiences something close to my observations to do the same.

Love the women there! Very gentle. I am very fearful of those who rush through their work. They took the time to listen to me, and be very gentle with me. Good bed side manner to my wants, needs and over all comfort. [I'm a BIG baby] Thank you all again. Please never change!

I was in for a dental visit recently, and I had a great experience with the assistant and dentist. They were both very caring and professional. Davis Dental clinic is awesome!

Lazy crappy people who think they can be snotty to people. Lost my medical records, never answer the phone, when you get them on the phone, "the system is down". Civilian leaches, leaching off the military who need attitude adjustments.
