Our daughter needed her wisdom teeth removed, and Dr. Benson was referred to us by her regular dentist. The office is warm, professional and inviting, and the staff are very succinct and clearly skilled at what they do. He was able to get her in and extract her WD before the school year began, and we had no complications. Dr. Benson is personable and open to questions, which I appreciated. I would recommend this practice.

I have no complaints with my experience with Dr. Benson & his staffing. I urgently needed all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted and his only opening within a 2 week span was on his day off. I experienced severe pain the following weekend and he returned my calls very soon with suggestions to ease my inflammation and met me in the office on his day off to flush out and treat my dry socket.

Great service for four impacted wisdom teeth. My son was in and out in about an hour and a half. He was back to his lifeguarding job and competitive swimming about a week later.

Dr. Benson is a very nice man, but that does not mean his work is up to par. I had an implant placed about 8 years ago at his office. The whole process was terrible. First off, he prepped the wrong spot. Granted, I have two teeth missing right next to each other, but I was very specific on which one I wanted done first. This was discussed in the consultation and the appt for the treatment plan. If my mother had not been there watching, I never would have known he put the implant in the wrong spot until it was done. During the treatment planning phase, I was told he would need to pack some bone in while placing the implant because my jaw wasn't bulky enough. This was factored into the cost and recovery time. When implant placement happened, he suddenly changed his mind (or maybe forgot) and did not place any bone inside. Somehow my total still came out to be the same as was discussed with a bone graft. He referred me to a truly terrible dentist for my crown. After the implant, abutment and crown (don't get me started on how terrible the crown looks) were all placed, there was metal showing up above the rim of the crown. When I brought this to the attention of the dentist, he told me it was Dr. Benson's fault. That the implant wasn't placed right. When I told Dr Benson my concern about the metal, he told me it was the dentist's fault. They sat there and blamed each other like children. Now I'm at a place where no one wants to fix my crown on my implant because the placement is so off that they can't make it look any better. I have seen about 5 specialists and I always get the same answer. The implant was not placed high enough inside the gum for a crown to cover it and it wasn't placed far enough to the inside of my mouth. It protrudes out farther than the rest of my teeth. So thank you Dr Benson for taking my money and making me spend loads more trying to fix your mistakes.

I recently came to this office with my wife she needed a few things done. I think the staff were very nice and sweet, although the front office really looked run down. The carpet and chairs had stains all over them, It just looked dirty. I think if they kept up with their front office I would of given them 5 stars.

Just had my sons wisdom teeth out. The wisdom teeth removal was fast and his recovery was smooth. We literally went in Friday afternoon and he was back in school Monday. I 100 percent recommend the office and Dr Benson for your wisdom teeth removal.

I have worked at Dr. Benson's office for six years because I love how important patients are to him. I also love the friendly, caring environment created by his other long time staff. If you need oral surgery come see Dr. Benson.
