We have been with Davies General Dentistry and Davies Pediatric Dentistry for over 7 years. Recently our insurance company (Delta Dental) dropped Davies General Dentistry, but we planned to continue going there. We never had issues until Dr. Kristi Davies took over my chart from Dr Kent Davies in April. She said I needed a filling on one tooth that already had a filling. After doing that filling I had chronic pain. I found out a few months later that she actually should have done a crown because the size of the filling. We scheduled an appointment for a crown and I was sent an estimated price form. I called my insurance and they told me Davies was charging way over what they should be for a crown, so I was told to call them regarding their estimated billing. I verified with their billing department 3 times before I had the crown done that my total out of pocket would be less than $500 (less than their estimated bill). Their billing department said it was just a generic estimated bill and did not reflect the actual bill they would send my insurance company. I went in for the crown and the next day I had excruciating pain from that tooth. I called back four days later telling Dr Kristi about the pain and she said I needed to get into Meridian in Oconomowoc for an emergency root canal. When I went in for the root canal an hour later I was told my root was actually hit during the shaving of the tooth to prep for the crown. So...I now just paid for a filling, a crown, and an emergency root canal, all because of Dr Kristi making poor decisions and not correctly performing a crown. This is all besides the point, because what I am upset with is the fact that after the crown was performed I was sent a total bill of $782.60. When I called their office to ask why it was over $500 they said because that is the total price of my out of pocket. I called my insurance and they verified Davies was overcharging for their services, so I was left with the extra charges insurance doesn't cover. I called Davies' billing department and told them I would not be paying that price because I verified THREE times what my total expense would be. After calls back and forth I was charged $633...plus what I paid for my first filling...plus my emergency root canal visit. Their office lies about billing and tries to get away with their prices for people not paying attention. I would never recommend Dr Kristi Davies at Davies General Dentistry in Waukesha. Now I see why my large insurance company dropped their agreement with this practice!

Our family has been a customer of Davies for 18+ years. During the pandemic, I became unemployed, like many people. We had a balance of $43 that we forgot about. When we realized we still had a balance, we called the office, and they said, "Pay what you can, when you can". We paid the outstanding balance in August 2021. My Son had a cleaning/checkup scheduled in October 2021. I guess, since we had an outstanding balance at one point, they canceled his appointment, without notice. For $43. Quite compassionate. We wont be back.

A wonderful experience given that I hate going to the dentist and that I get highly anxious about it! Dr. Kristi was SO great! The staff are kind, friendly, decent. I intend this place to be where I go for services! (Moved here so needed to establish self with dentist)

I came to Davies after Dr. Waite retired, great dentist with great staff. With high expectations I can say I have enjoyed coming here. My daughter also had her pallet widener and braces done in the Orthodontics office. She moved from the Ped to General office now. I just had the Teeth Whitening done in the office. Seriously, so worth it. I can smile again. Why did I wait is my only question. Plus it was instant gratification!!!

Great customer service. My daughter's teeth look fantastic! When she had her braces on a bracket broke two weeks before she was scheduled to get them off. We were going on vacation in 24 hours. Dr. Davies met us at the office on a Saturday when it was not open to fix it for her. Who else does that?

Brought my son in for a consult and won't be back. Message to the woman at the front desk, putting a smile on your face and speaking in a perky tone does not make you any less rude. I gave you my insurance information, it's not my job to explain it to you. Never have I had someone treat me that way for not knowing exactly what I've got for insurance, I had my cards and every other person I've dealt with knew what to do except her and then she tries to make me feel stupid because she can't or doesn't want to do her job. And don't get me started about the surprise bill for toothpaste I didn't ask for or want. Shame because I really loved it across the hall.

My kids have seen Dr. Kirsten since they were tiny, my son sees Dr. Kirk for his orthodontics, and my husband and I are patients of Dr. Kent. We have never had a visit that wasn't on time, comfortable and as pleasant as seeing a dentist can be. We love the Drs and their staff. It is so nice to have such quality care for the whole family, all in one place.

I've had nothing but great experiences here, so much so I'm willing to drive 45 minutes. Dr. Davies, male type, is extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer every question you may have. I had an issue, called, and they were able to squeeze me in between patients within an hour of me calling. Staff is all very friendly.
