Digital X-rays offer a huge advantage in early detection and preventive services. Advanced image manipulation and analysis, for example, allows your doctor to detect early stages of gum disease through recognition of bone level changes, or by evaluating the results against a previous treatment.
An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.

There is so much I can say about this place. From the people in the front desk, Sergio and Cecilia to the doctor and her helpers I have had the best experience ever before. Nikki was so sweet en patient with me being nervios and made me confortable right away. Dr. Rynar was just the most professional and nice Dentist I have meet in my life. She explained everything about the whole treatment I was getting. I would not change this place for any other. 100% Recommended!!!

I have never been to an amazing dentist office in my entire life. I'm so happy I found them. Dr. Gutierrez is patient, compassionate, caring and calming. From the day I walked in I explained all my fears to her. With her calmly spirit she reassured me she would be here for the process with me. She took her time to explain every little detail. I also had the pleasure to have my cleaning done by the hygienist Margaret it was painless! She was very pleasant! As a self pay patient, when my head was spinning with prices and uncertainty Sergio walked me through each process of my treatment plan. In overall the entire staff was very helpful and pleasant.

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and I am so glad I found this place! The staff was very friendly, The doctor was so sweet and very knowledgeable and talked me through all the steps of my oral health journey! My dental hygienist Claudia, was amazing as well. She was so great during my cleaning and educated me a lot on taking proper care of my teeth, and I was shocked that I barely felt any pain! Highly recommend trying this place out if you're looking for a new dentist.

A word of warning... you may get a bill for treatment from two years ago "they said" the insurance coverd the proceedure at the time but "two years" later I get a bill for $2000 dollars if you dont pay they ruin you're credit it's not the bill it's the time it took after the treatment to bill me $2000 is a lot of money for working people these days

I originally found this office because it was near my previous job and it was convenient to make an appointment. I no longer work in Davie, but I still make the drive because I love it here! Dr. Azadi is my primary dentist and Claudia my hygienist, and they are always wonderful. Today I had a filling crack at lunch, so I called to make an appointment and Sergio was able to fit me in this evening. Cecilia was extremely friendly and helpful at the front desk, and my dental assistant Alex was very gentle when taking radiographs and assisting the doctor. Dr. Gutierrez was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She came up with a treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. I am so grateful they were able to accommodate me today. They definitely have a patient for life.

Claudia, Summer and Dr Gutierrez were so nice! Best dental experience I've ever had. Very gentle and knowledgable. The whole experience was refreshing. Only bad thing is I didn't get a free electric toothbrush. Maybe next time.

I have never been to a better dentist office my entire life. I'm so glad I found them. Dr.Gutierrez is the sweetest person ever. The hygienist also made my procedure so comfortable and was so informative throughout the whole cleaning. Dr.Gutierrez has made my whole experience so smooth and has helped me learn so much. The whole office staff as well they are such a pleasure to deal with and are always so positive and helpful for any questions or concerns. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10!!!

Dr. Gutierrez is great at what she does- thorough, kind and professional. She is dedicated to making my smile its absolute best. My hygienist, Maggie, is just as amazing. Davie Modern Dentistry is amazing. Dr. Gutierrez is patient and has no problem answering all your questions. The dental staff is great as well. Have had a lot of dental offices and this office is the best! All of the staff, Dr. Gutierrez and Dr. Azadi explain everything to you. They show you pictures. They make crowns in the office! Their pricing is transparent. Claudia and Maggie can clean my teeth everyday! Cecilia and Sergio who run the desk rock. You cannot find a happier or more friendly office.
