Dr. Elena Davidson is the third generation of dentists in her family, following in the footsteps of her father, maternal grandmother and grandfather. She attended the University of the Pacific where she received her Bachelor of Science Degree then graduated from New York University College of Dentistry where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. Just following this she completed a General Practice Residency specializing in Oral Surgery, Hospital Dentistry and Special Needs Patients. While at UCSF, Dr. Davidson was chosen to work with young women who had experienced extreme trauma, and was recognized for her compassion and excellent work with that particularly vulnerable group of patients. Dr. Davidson is blessed with two beautiful boys, and when not working, she loves to travel and explore the outdoors with the company of family and friends. She is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and Southern Alameda County Dental Society.
Andrea Tang, office manager at Davidson Dental Group, has been with the practice for over 10 years and keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. She loves working directly with patients and helping them achieve the smiles theyve always wanted.

Dr Davidsons Dental Group has been fantastic for my family of 5. My kids have been going there since they were very young, and we continue to be treated like family! We enjoy the latest equipment available, the cleanliness of the facility, the friendly staff and their excellent work on our teeth!

What do you look for in a dentist? I found everything and more!! Dr. Davidson is 2nd generation, took over her dad's practice (I would have loved to see them work together) and has a WONDERFUL practice and team (and her lobby is super cozy)! Jeannie does my cleaning and we talk (when I don't have something in my mouth) and pick up conversations from prior visits. She's subtle in her reminders that I need to floss more. I guess we could chat more if she spent less time taking off the tarter. Message received Jeannie! Janet (pronounced Janette) is a kick. We laugh a lot when we're together, I see her when I need a little more care than a cleaning. Andrea runs the front office and has a great memory! She's helpful and very sweet! And then we have Dr. Davidson, sweet, kind, very experienced (and while not a requirement) stylish and pretty! they have all the latest technology! You won't be walking into a time warp (I know some of you know what I mean). She's very supportive and participates in events that are focused on improving the community. If you're looking for a great dentist and team, look no further! You'll likely gain a few friends too!

The Staff Members at Davidson Group are very friendly and as well as professional. During all of my Appointments, the Staff Member(s) performing the required procedures inquires, regularly, if I'm experiencing any type of discomfort. They do their best to make my all of my Dental experiences with them as comfortable as they possibly can.

So I chipped a tooth which forced me to have to go to a dentist, I haven't been to a dentist in 7 years because a traumatic experience I had with another dental office . When I was going through Google in search of a new dental office I noticed Davidson dental group , they had excellent reviews and boy let me tell you they were the truth ! The moment I walked in the office I was greeted by the friendly staff and that helped me feel welcome. They instantly took me to a room with a hygienist that was friendly and professional you can tell they care a lot about there clients and want to get to know them beyond dental care. They took X-rays and than I met the doctor. She was so sweet and caring and made sure I had everything I needed and was comfortable, she's gentle and very good at her craft! I did not feel one bit of pain when she was working on my teeth which was amazing because that's the reason I would avoid dentists! She constantly asked if I was okay and how everything felt ! She also took me through the whole process of how they make a crown in office now and it was so cool. Just that shows how much they care and how much they invite you to be apart of the process ! Overall experience was great and if you hate the dentist or had bad experience you should come here because it was a complete change from any office I've been too !!

Here is what I appreciate about the staff of this wonderful establishment, I don't feel like I'm in a dentist's office. Let me explain, going to the dentist can be a stressful experience, Dr. Davidson and her staff patiently take the time to explain the process, present, "visuals" whether the patient asks for them or not, "allow" you to ask questions in order for you to understand any procedure that is required to ensure, "you keep and care" for your teeth, so they look they're best. Everyone in this office is as committed to the care of your teeth as you are, the owner of those teeth. Also, don't be discouraged if your finances are lacking, the "finance department staff" are extremely empathetic and willing to "work with you", as I mentioned, they "care" about your dental hygiene. I recommend Davidson Dental Group to anyone looking for a dental referral.

Dr. Davidson and her staff were friendly and personable right off the bat. The waiting area is comfortable and also tastefully decorated if you're in to that sort of thing. It made a good impression on my first visit and I'll be looking forward to it once the pandemic is over with. The main reason for my review is to commend this dentist (and hygienist/assistant) for their light touch when working on your teeth. It makes a huge difference to have the dentist stop and check in and be willing to slow down if it seems like you're squirming. Overall a great experience (especially for people like me who've been putting it off for awhile).
