Daniel G. Davidson DMD has been serving San Francisco Bay Area residents for over 30 years as a Dentist and an advocate of patient needs within dental organizations. A strong proponent of continuing education, Dr. Davidson frequently attends courses to stay up to date with the most technologically advanced techniques and procedures so that his patients receive the best dental care available in the fields of cosmetic, implant, and comprehensive dentistry. The lasting relationships maintained with patients treated for twenty (or in some cases even thirty) years, exemplifies his passion for helping his patients to achieve long-term personal health.

Dr. Davidson is not only a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the San Francisco Dental Society but has had the honor of serving on many committees and in official positions. Dr. Davidson had the privilege of being elected San Francisco Dental Society President by his peers in 1989. In October, 2007 he was elected as a Fellow of the prestigious American College of Dentistry. He has served as President of 25,000 member California Dental Association from late 2011 through 2012.

Dr. Daniel G. Davidson has a degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University and is a graduate of Tufts School of Dental Medicine. After graduation, he spent two years as a dental officer in the U.S. Navy with a rotation in advanced surgical training.

Dr. Davidson lives in Marin County with his wife Leslie. They are proud parents of their son, Eli, a recent graduate of the University of California Berkeley. Dr. Davidson values his own health in addition to that of his patients, staying active through skiing in the Sierras, hiking on Mt. Tamalpais, and running the hills of the Marin Headlands.

Lorene is a graduate of City College with an Associate Science Degree in Dental Laboratory Technology. She has had an opportunity to work in Dental Laboratories and has had experience in fabricating crowns, bridges and dentures. She then went on to graduate from National Education Center for Dental Assisting and received her Registered Dental Assistant licensing. Lorene feels very fortunate to have worked for Dr. Davidson for many years as well as a Chairside Assistant for 12 years. With that knowledge, she has gained a better understanding in coordinating patient treatment to best meet their needs and concerns. Lorene's hobbies include fishing, hunting, and home remodeling with her husband. She looks forward to assisting you in coordinating and scheduling your dental care.

Dora graduated from a dental assisting program in 1994 and received her Registered Dental Assistant license one year later. She feels very fortunate to have worked for Dr. Davidson for many years. Dora is very dedicated and a hard working assistant. She takes pleasure in helping people and seeing them become healthy. Dora adds warmth and charm to our office and we feel very lucky to have her.

Renee graduated form Ohio State University where she received degrees in Education and Dental Hygiene and earned a MS in Health Sciences at San Francisco State University. She was an Associate Clinical Professor for twenty years at University of California San Francisco School of Dentistry and (concurrently) at Foothill College Dental Hygiene Program where she taught several courses including beginning and advanced clinics, local anesthesia, periodontology, dental health education and ethics and jurisprudence. In recognition of her talents as a teacher and mentor, her students presented her with numerous Excellence in Teaching Awards. She also has served as a faculty member for the Summer Institute program on 'Communication Technology and Information Management' sponsored by the National Center for Dental Hygiene Research and a consultant for the DHNet, an electronic communications system and dental hygiene knowledge base. Additionally, Renee practiced in a public health clinic in Boston and was co-owner and VP of Marketing of Apogee, a continuing education company for dental professionals. She has published and presented in many areas both nationally and internationally and authored a chapter on local anesthesia inDental Hygiene Theory and Practice. She continues to teach courses for graduate dental hygienists and educators. Throughout her career she has worked in both general and periodontal practices where she enjoys becoming acquainted with patients and providing dental hygiene care. Renee lives on the peninsula with her husband, Dave, two children, Ashley and Andrew, and two long haired miniature dachshunds. She enjoys hiking, biking, reading and volunteering at her children's schools.

Allison graduated from Boston University with a BA in Psychology and a BS in Communications. After five years in technology public relations agencies, Allison sought out Dental Hygiene as a second career to improve people's oral and systemic health and find personal fulfillment. In 2018, she graduated as class salutatorian with a BS in Dental Hygiene from the University of Pacific in San Francisco. At UOP, Allison served as the representative to San Francisco Dental Hygiene Society, California Dental Hygienists' Association, and American Dental Hygienists' Association. She continues to be passionate about the profession through volunteer leadership roles on a CDHA Journal Editorial Board and as CDHA Government Relations Co-Chair. In her free time, Allison enjoys running, Pilates, reading, being with and helping friends and family, and hiking with her husband and their Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, Penny.

Marilou earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan. She served as the Honor Council Representative upholding the honor code system as well as a Clinic Student Teacher and a Tutor Assisting Fellow of Dental Hygiene Students. In addition, she participated in various internship programs as a student dental hygienist in Michigan and North Dakota. Throughout her curriculum in Michigan, her academic achievement was recognized with a number of honors such as the University Honors, a James B. Angell Scholar, a National Society of Collegiate Scholar , and the Sigma Phi Alpha Dental Hygiene Honor Society, (Nu Chapter Member). Besides her comittment to her profession, Marilou believes in living a healthy lifestyle, which includes eating organic and well-balanced meals, taking Barre3 classes, practicing yoga, tending to her yard, singing and dancing to different music genres, and learning the latest pop songs and dance moves. In addition, she discovered her talent in event planning as she helped her best friends with their wedding, bridal shower, and baby shower. She also aspires to be more active in community service and able to give back to the Dental Profession, In the near future, she hopes that she will be able to become a mother and have a family with her husband.Marilou earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Michigan. Julie started out in public relations at Korbel Champagne Cellars in Guerneville, CA. After several years in PR in the wine industry, she welcomed a baby into her life. Instead of going back to public relations she opened a home daycare for 8 children from her Sonoma County community. After 8 years taking care of children she decided to go back to school and start a (third) new chapter of her life. She moved back to San Francisco (where she grew up) and went to CCSF to start her road to a dental hygiene license. Acceptance to the University of the Pacific was the first step towards earning her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She went on to earn an award for outstanding academic achievement, the group practice leader award for 2019, and graduate cum laude from the accelerated program. She currently is working as clinic faculty at University of the Pacific to fulfil her desire to educate and share knowledge. To address her desire to work in the public health setting she is working part time with a community health clinic providing services for the underserved communities in San Francisco. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, riding her horse down in Half Moon Bay, and doing one of her many other hobbies such as pottery or baking.

Rosemary graduated in 2020 from California State University, East Bay with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She also received an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences with an emphasis on Social and Behavioral Sciences at City College of San Francisco. Since the age of fourteen, Rosemary has had experience working at several corporate offices in the Financial District. She does however hopeto pursue a career in health care. Rosemary continues to share her talents and compassion even outside of the office as a part-time home-care provider with the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program. Sheenjoysbaking, watching movies,spending quality time with her family and friends, and trying new things (especially if it is tasty food). Rosemary is happy to be welcoming all patients at Dr. Davidson's office. She believes that the best accessory a person can wear is a smile on their face.
