Dr. David Zuroff attended dental school at Boston University where he received his D.M.D. degree. He then went on to New York University for advanced training in endodontics. With over 20 years of experience under his belt and his sensitive and kind disposition, Dr. Zuroff takes the utmost care to give each patient the time and attention they need to understand all of their options. Dr. Zuroff ensures the patient is as comfortable as possible, explaining each step of the procedure. During the numbing process, many patients comment that he is so gentle that they did not even realize he had already given them the shot! He is patient and thorough and will make sure that your dental experience in our office will be as comfortable and pleasant as possible.
Kristin has been assisting for six years and attended Dorsey Business Schools for dental assisting. After working in a general practice for five years, Kristin loves the change of pace and the environment of our endodontic office. Kristin is kind and personable and makes all of our patients feel comfortable from the moment they walk in the door.
Wendy has been assisting in endodontic offices for 18 years and enjoys every minute of it. Her warm and friendly personality help her develop a great rapport with patients and put them at ease during treatment. Wendys vast knowledge and experience are a great asset to our office.

2nd root canal I've had done 1st time was done somewhere else. This one done by Dr Zuroff went way smoother and looks a lot better. Later in the day I realized that I was worked on by a professional. Everything from pre procedure evaluation, the info he gave me, him and his staff could not have been better.

I truly can't say enough good things about my experience here. Paperwork was sent to me in the mail so I didn't have to fill it out the day of my procedure, which was nice. Every person I interacted with that day was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. The dentist himself was absolutely incredible. He was very polite. He took the time to explain everything that was going to happen before he started and then updated me on what was happening during the procedure. He paused several times and asked if I was OK. I'm not kidding when I say that I felt NO pain AT ALL. He even puts a sort of numbing gel on your gums so you don't even feel the needle when he numbs your tooth. I highly, highly recommend this outstanding dentist and his staff.

This Dentist office deserves 10 stars!! I can't even begin to explain how thankful I am for these wonderful people. I had a unique situation and they were good to me beyond measure. From the front desk to the dentist himself, everyone treated me wonderfully. I was nervous about having a root canal because I've heard they can be painful. I didn't feel one ounce of pain! The dentist and his assistant often asked me if I was doing alright throughout the entire procedure. I would never want to go anywhere else to have work done on my teeth. I was referred by my dentist to Dr Zuroff for a root canal. He and his staff made my visit very comfortable. They explained everything that was being done. I would recommend him to anyone needing a specialist.

Went for a root canal staff was very friendly place was clean and sanitize. The doctor or nurse always told me what they were doing step by step. I was numbed and didnt feel anything i was even numbed after the procedure for couple hours . I am on day three and had no pain at all after. Thanks for experience it was ver appreciated:)

I am from Toledo, Ohio, but currently leave in Cleveland, Ohio, and had to make the trip back for dental work. After realizing my teeth needed more work then what my current dentist could do; I was referred to Dr. Zuroff. His staff was absolutely on top of everything, from the phone call, the scheduling, the precautions with Covid-19, welcoming me into the office, and making sure that I was comfortable. Once, visited by the doctor himself, he was so full with a smile, and great conversation, while educating me on what was needed to be done. During the procedure he was talking through what was happening, and making sure I was comfortable. I have been to very few dentist since my dad is one, but Dr. Zuroff, I would recommend to anyone! Dr. Zuroff did a root canal for my wife in December, 2019. He explained what was happening at every step of the process. He also was extra vigilant in making sure she had no pain before and during the procedure. We highly recommend him if you need an endodontist.

I needed a root canal completed on a recently install crown do to teeth being very sensitive to hot and cold. Regular dentist felt I could have root damage and recommended Dr. Zuroff. I was very concerned because it is very difficult to numb my mouth but Dr. Zuroff and his staff were very patience and took the necessary time to make sure I was comfortable. He was great at explaining every step of what was happening and wanted to make sure I was comfortable through the entire procedure even asking if I wanted to take a break. I would recommended his office to anyone who needs similar work completed.

Dr. Zuroff and his staff were wonderful! From entering their office and speaking to reception, to meeting with Dr. Zuroff every step of my experience was terrific. For me it's not easy to visit a dentist or an endodontist, but I look forward to going back to this office. I didn't think I would ever say that when it came to issues with my teeth! Dr. Zuroff has a calming bedside manner, is genuine, and had a way of making me feel very comfortable. I would say he's wicked smart, but didn't speak above me, rather relayed his knowledge in a way that was easy to digest and understand. I live in Chicago and have been in town taking care of my mom. Of the three top ranked endodontist offices in Toledo, this office was the only one to call me back, spent time understanding my issue, and created an extremely comfortable environment that put me at ease. I have a fear going to the doctor for anything tooth related. But my root canal with Dr Zuroff was a walk in the park. Pain free procedure. Very friendly staff. Dr Zuroff kept me informed on every step of the procedure. I know where I'll be going again if I will need another root canal.

My visit to Dr. Zuroff's office was an absolute pleasure. The admin staff- Sue and Carrie- were helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. Dr. Zuroff and his dental assistants are warm, welcoming, and professional. They did an excellent job treating my root canal and very quick too. I hope never to need a root canal again but if I do, I'm totally coming back here. Thanks Dr. Zuroff and crew!

Dr Zuroff gave me a root canal to save my upper back molar. I anticipated some discomfort.My jaw had been sore but resolved with an antibiotic and my molar was dead.I went to get it extracted and the oral surgeon thought I should save my tooth. My dentist recommended Dr Zuroff. I was able to get in that afternoon due to a cancellation. During the procedure Dr Zuroff was very gentle and constantly asked how I was doing and if I felt pain. He even said he has had a patient only do part of the procedure and come back. I thought I want to be done and I hadn't felt any pain, not even in the numbing process!!! After the procedure I expected pain when the numbness wore off. But once again I was pleasantly surprised. I never felt pain!!!! The staff was very nice as well.I am thankful to save my tooth and happy with my decision to use Dr Zuroff. Thank you Dr Zuroff and staff!

I had an appointment with Doctor Zuroff for 1 PM and arrived 10 minutes early. When I arrived there was no one in his waiting room and none arrived during my 2 hour and 10 minute wait. At 3 PM the person whom he had been treating left and I was ushered into the treatment room. It took Doctor Zuroff 2 hours to perform the root canal. Can you believe 4 hours for a root canal? And then his charges were so high that I could have gone out of my medical insurance net work for the amount I had to pay him.

I'd always heard the worst about root canals so when I went to Dr Zuroff, I expected the worst. Thankfully, Dr Zuroff ensured I was comfortable and the procedure was pain free. As for the staff in the office, they were top notch. They were always friendly and always willing to answer questions or provide information. Do not hesitate to go see Dr Zuroff for your endodontist needs!!

Recently I had to have two root canals done and was fearing that they would be long and possibly painful procedures. Much to my surprise it was no more difficult than receiving a filling. I am glad I went to Dr. Zuroff. He and his staff are very professional. They got both jobs done painlessly and even worked with me on the finances. Nobody wants to have a root canal but if you need one, you probably can't do better than Dr. Zuroff and his staff.
