Dr Yates (Gardens Dental PGA) Is amazing! Dr Yates and Staff make you feel comfortable and understand exactly what you need. I would totally recommend Dr Yates, Dr Williams and Dr Rouleau.

I am very sure that dr. Yates does and pushes on you unnecessary work. I'm almost certain he put a crown in my mouth when for the past thirty years I have had only one cavity. I'm terrified of dentists and accordingly I take care of my teeth for fear of work to be done. He is unprofessional, pushy, and doesn't care about you at all. Should've been an actor instead of a dentist. Don't get sucked in by the way it all appears that they are nice and helpful... they will screw you. Also had the audacity to say to me " no pain no gain! " whoever says he's so nice that they never feel anything that is not his policy! No dentist should ever say that to a patient especially one who is nervous already.

I will not use another dentist! Dr. Yates is very professional very gentle (to me this is very important I want to feel nothing at the dentist) his staff is nice and the office is super welcoming and clean. He has fixed every single dental issue for the last 8 years and I get my cleanings there every 6 months. I highly recommend this practice. Thank you Dr Yates.

I was vacationing in Florida and a piece of a notion tooth chipped off. I looked on the net and found DrYates with some very good reviews so called. They worked me in the same day. Dr Yates looked at the chipped tooth and recommend a crown and cleaning. He also fully explained what the cost would be. I actually had him send a copy of my X-ray to my regular dentist back home to look at and get his opinion. He basically agreed. My only thing I wondered about is that they made me prepay a portion of the cost even before he did the work. Dr Yates was professional, personal and made me feel welcome as well as his entire staff, Since I just had the crown put on I cannot comment how it will hold up, however they said it is guaranteed for at least five years

Absolute Worst place that I have ever visited. This place is all about money. They are so quick to charge your account for service not provided. I will not go back to this place ever again. Nor will I ever refer anyone there. Staff are unfriendly and incompetent I will not recommend this place to no one.

Dr. Yates has been our family dentist for many years. He and his staff are super friendly and always do an excellent job.

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO !!! ... Dr Yates told me I should be wearing a night time NTI mouth guard. He sold me on getting one ($595.00). They did a mold and showed me how to use it. The tech and Dr. Yates tested it to make sure it was a correct fit. That evening I put the guard in correctly and went to sleep ... in the middle of the night I was awakened by a gag reflex because the device had come off and I almost chocked on it. I called the office the next morning. I was told that Dr. Yates would contact me. 50 hours later I still did not hear from Dr. Yates... or anyone else. I could have died. But apparently this was not a priority for the Dr. or the practice. I am well educated man, who is also an author, speaker and business advisor. I followed the directions I was given . One would think that the Dr. would "CARE" enough to make sure I was okay.. and to find out what went wrong to hopefully learn in order to protect all his patients. But unfortunately this was not the case.

My husband and I had gone for a cleaning a little over a year ago and my experience was pleasant. Their office and staff are kind and professional. We even had our pictures taken for their Facebook page. During my visit I was told I had two cavities and my husband was told he had 4 and that we needed to get them filled. I was pregnant at the time so I was going to wait and we decided to come back another time for my husbands because that's a lot of money. Short story - we never came back, our insurance changed and we went somewhere else. My husband only had two cavities that needed to be and were filled and I had none. I just had my X-rays and teeth cleaned today at my new dentist was upset because I felt Gardens Dental has been disnhonest with my husband and I, yet relieved I hadn't wasted my money to have someone drill where there was no cavity.

I had my first pain free cavity filled by Dr. Yates today, it was a very deep cavity on my molar. I have had many horror stories over the last 10 years since I moved to south Florida with other dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Yates, the office is very professional and I've never had to wait for my appointment. Most importantly he is very kind, courteous and I had absolutely no pain.

I had my first pain free cavity filled by Dr. Yates today, it was a very deep cavity on my molar. I have had many horror stories over the last 10 years since I moved to south Florida with other dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Yates, the office is very professional and I've never had to wait for my appointment. Most importantly he is very kind, courteous and I had absolutely no pain.
