AnnMiolen has lived most of her life in Cleveland and is a Bradley Central High School graduate. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with an AAS degree in Dental Hygiene in 1998. Ann received her Administration of Local Anesthesia license in 2013. She loves working with this dental family and together they provide exemplary dental care to their patients. She and Dr. Miolen have been married since 1998 and are having fun raising their three energetic children.
AprilBrothers graduated from Glencoe High School in the great state of Alabama. She moved to Cleveland in 2002 and joined Dr. Miolen's team in 2006. She loves dental assisting! She loves meeting people but more than that she enjoys watching patients leave our office without the same dental fears they came in with.
Becky Gray has lived in Cleveland, TN her entire life. This is home and she has always loved living here. Becky is a graduate from Bradley Central High School. She attended Chattanooga State Community College where she graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005. Becky is also licensed to administer and monitor Nitrous Oxide. She started working with Dr. Miolen in 2006. In 2013, Becky was awarded her Administration of Local Anesthesia license. This profession brings her great joy and allows her to work with people that she has great respect and admiration for.
Kimwas born and raised in Cleveland, TN and graduated from Bradley Central High School. She completed the dental assisiting program at Chattanooga State Community College in 2004. Kim has been employed with Dr. Miolen since2005 where she enjoys working with a great staff whom she considers to be family. It brings her such joy to be able to take care of our patients and know that we meet their needs and expectations. She is blessed to get to work at a place where she has the freedom to serve and show God's love to others.

Absolutely, hands down the nicest guy with the kindest staff. I'd recommend them to anyone. He's also extremely ethical and doesn't try to sell you services you don't need.

I schedule my crown specifically in Cleveland as I live out of town but it's worth the drive every time. The staff is so friendly and my dental assistant April is hands down the sweetest most personal person ever. She made sure that I was I wasn't leaving the office until we were both satisfied with the color, look, and over all detail of my new tooth. Dr. Miolen always has the most up to date technology and has the techniques to replicate the natural tooth as I had a crown. I left smiling and now have my confidence back and also will be smiling in pictures again as it was my front tooth Thank you to all the staff for a safe and friendly service.

Never trust Dr. Miolen's office to provide accurate information about you Insurance. I asked the receptionist to verify that Dr. Miolen was on my provider list. After sitting and waiting for over 30 minutes, the receptionist stated that Dr. Miolen was accepted by my insurance. I saw the doctor and scheduled an appointment for a crown. A few days after the visit I received a call stating that Dr. Miolen was not accepted by my insurance and I was told that I would have to pay the $51 dollar exam fee after I had paid the $25 copay. Since that date, I have called and asked why I have to pay the bill and she said it was my responsibility to check to see if my insurance would pay Dr. Miolen. To this date, I keep getting a bill and each time they add a fee to the bill and now I owe them $63. Never trust Dr. Miolen's office to provide accurate information about you Insurance.

They care about giving you the best service possible. There is hardly ever a wait time, and when a random emergency pops up, they are always willing to squeeze you in. They use the best technology to help streamline the whole process and get you back in the game quick. I love this dentist, the staff, and the entire experience. He is a trustworthy doctor, which can be extremely difficult to find these days.
