I help run the day to day front office including scheduling, patient treatment coordinating and communication from our office to our referring doctors. I am also a surgical and orthodontic assistant which enables me to work one on one with the patients and really get to know them. In addition, I coordinate continuing education programs our doctors host including the Spokane Study Club. Being part of a team which improves smiles, betters patients oral health and boosts their confidence is very rewarding!
I enjoy spending time with my husband, Alan and our son Joey (2006). We love to snow ski, camping and walk the beaches on the Oregon Coast. I treasure my time with family and friends. I have lived in Spokane my whole life.
What I appreciate most about our office is the individual care we give to each person who walks through our door. Im very proud to be a team member in a practice that provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, state of the art dental treatment, impeccable professionalism, education, humor and last but not least, group camaraderie. It doesnt get much better than that! Every day is new and different from the last. I truly enjoy visiting and getting to know our patients.
I earned my Bachelors Degree from Washington State University. My family is very important to me. My husband George and I have been married since 1992 and have two amazing boys, Tyler (1994) and Connor (1997) who are both third generation Cougs! My free time is spent with my family and our pet dog, and outdoor activities like hiking and boating.
I am both a surgical and orthodontic assistant. I love the variety of my profession! I assist in cases from placing dental implants to placing braces and I order all the dental supplies for the office. I attend continuing education lectures on a regular basis and help coordinate many of the lectures Dr. Engen hosts such as the Inland Northwest Dental Hygiene Study Club and the Peer Practicum Study Club. I enjoy teaching our patients the importance of a lifelong commitment to good oral hygiene to keeping their mouths healthy. It is very rewarding to help restore someones smile and confidence! I am proud to work at an office where everyone takes such pride in their job and is so caring. We all truly want the very best result for each and every patient!
I enjoy spending time with my husband Jason and our children Cloe (2003), Layla (2009) and Cooper (2014). They keep us busy with soccer games and cheer. We spend a lot of time outdoors with our extended families barbequing, camping and boating on the lakes and rivers nearby.
I joined the Engen/Hahn dental team in 2013 as part of the financial and treatment coordinating team. In January 2017 I became the business manager. It has been a fun journey being part of the business side of the dental office.
I enjoy spending time with my husband Monte and our kiddos, Cheyanne (1996), Cleo (2010) and MJ (2013). I also like spending time quilting, reading, skiing, and time at our familys place at Whidbey Island.
I have been in the dental industry for the past 22 years. I started out as an assistant and then moved to the business office where I did the scheduling and the finances. I enjoy all facets of the business side of dentistry, but am most passionate about helping the patients feel comfortable and answering any questions or concerns tat they might have.
I live on a small farm where I enjoy my garden and all my animals. I have two loving large breed dogs that are my children, three cool cats, a special needs horse (mostly blind but very healthy!), many chickens and six cows. My husband and I also raise and bale our own hay. The farm keeps us very busy. When the opportunities arise, you will find us camping on the river, hiking, kayaking and enjoying the beauty and solitude of the mountains.

I feel very fortunate to work with a team of people who truly care for each and every patient, people of good character, who conduct themselves with the highest level of integrity.
I love what I do! It is important for me to have interaction with every patient and have them come away knowing that I truly care, and want to provide them the best experience in dentistry we have to offer.
I am extremely blessed to have the love and support of my family. My husband and I have been together for twenty eight years. We have two beautiful daughters, who are very busy with their studies and sporting events. We recently added a new family member, a Maltese puppy, who brings us much joy. I treasure time with family and friends. I love to swim, bike and run.
I graduated from Spokane Community College where I received my dental assisting certificate in 2006. I worked as an assistant and then as an insurance coordinator in a general practice for twelve years. I was beyond blessed to have joined the professional team of Drs. Engen and Hahn in 2019. Here I work in the business office coordinating patient care and helping with their insurance benefits. I enjoy working with each individual to financially accomplish their dental goals with payment options they are comfortable with. I look forward to a lifelong career with this amazing and talented group that I am so proud to be a part of.
I was born in Spokane but grew up in Elk, WA. Dave and I enjoy spending time with our chocolate lab fur babies, and most importantly the love of our life, our first born child who we brought into this world in 2018, Shedley. We are very compassionate about the outdoors: hunting, shed hunting (how our son got his name), fishing, hiking, camping all things outdoors we love it and do it.
I am lucky enough to be one of the newer members of the Engen, Hahn and Pizzini team. I have five years experience in general dentistry where I had the pleasure of assisting patients with their scheduling, insurance and billing needs. I worked in the banking industry for eighteen years prior to my years in dental. I look forward to getting to know you and assisting with your scheduling needs. I am excited to learn and grow with the Engen, Hahn and Pizzini family.
It has been exciting to begin a new career in the field of orthodontics and wonderful to work in such an organized and professional office. I was drawn to Dr. Engen and Dr. Hahn's office in 2021 because of the highly trained and skilled team of doctors and assistants. They are the best at what they do and truly care about their patients. I am extremely fortunate to be working side by side with them, the office staff and our lab technicians.
I have been married to my husband, Mark, for 33 years and have six children and four grandchildren. I find satisfaction in serving in my community through several non-profit organizations. I have lived in Spokane for over 40 years and I'm grateful for the beautiful trails, lakes and rivers we have here to explore. I love being a grandma and spending time with my family.
Our family relocated to Washington state in 2010 from the Midwest and we have called Spokane home ever since. We love how active people are here and that there are so many things to do all year long! My husband Tim and I are in our third decade of marriage. We recently because 'empty nesters' and love spending time with our adult children Steven (1998) and Kaylin (2001). We also have several dogs and grand fur babies. I feel so lucky to be a part of such a great work family too. My favorite part of my job is working with patients and helping them feel comfortable in our office and confident in their ability to maintain their oral hygiene at home.
