My family and I have been seeing Dr. Schroeder and his staff for 25 years. We have never had any issues. Every single staff member has always been very pleasant and welcoming. I would recommend his office to anyone!! Barb K.

If negative starts where a thing they would definitely get them. I had to cancel an appointment for my daughters because I'm sick with the flu and the lady was ABSOLUTELY nasty about it and then hung up on me. Positively THE WORST experience I've ever had with any place.

Dr. Schroeder and his whole staff were absolutely fantastic. I had seen the same dentist for my entire life (25 years) up until about 4 years ago when he retired. I didn't click with the doctor who filled his position so I hadn't gone in about 2 years. I was extremely hesitant about finding a new dentist but really needed to go before the end of the year and had to get new insurance. Dr. Schroeder was able to get me in quickly and after being told I had my first cavity in my life, I became even more leery. However, the following week he was able to get me back in to fill it and I was blown away by the professionalism and willingness to understand my fear and fix my cavity in a nearly painless process! 10/10 would recommend and happy to say I will continue seeing him for future visits!

Can I leave 0 stars? I would. Takes months to schedule an outpatient appointment and they make you run around between them and the insurance. Tried saying insurance wasn't wanting to cover costs and insurance said they had approved months prior but that they needed them to send another request because of time lapse. They can't even communicate properly with you. Completely messy and don't recommend.

Do not waste your time going here. I paid my bill in full and then got another bill months later for almost $400 more because they coded my claim wrong. I've been dealing with this since 2016. Terrible customer service and their billing department doesn't have a clue. So I paid for their screw up!!

I like that dr explains everything he is going to do, and after every procedure he explains what you need to do to care un like this other dentist i went to!!! Put the wrong fillings and did not even tell me how to care for my fillings afterwards or prescribed any type of pain medication!!! Dr shroeder puts love in everything he does!!! Thank you Dr.!!!

My 7 year old had a bad experience at another dentist so she was extremely nervous & scared but MacKenzie & Dr. Schroeder both were amazing & very comforting.

I like that dr explains everything he is going to do, and after every procedure he explains what you need to do to care un like this other dentist i went to!!! Put the wrong fillings and did not even tell me how to care for my fillings afterwards or prescribed any type of pain medication!!! Dr shroeder puts love in everything he does!!! Thank you Dr.!!!

Never again will I go to this office...felt pressured to receive services I did not need...i didn't fall for it...had just what I needed done for low cost & was treated hurried n rushed because this practice was not going to waste the time...when I didn't fall for more expensive procedures.. won't return will not recommend

Was not a good experience, showed up 15 minutes early waited 45 minutes after scheduled time to get into a room and another 15 minutes to see the dentist for a two minute discussion. Would not recommend this place to anyone I know
