Dr. Cannon graduated from the University of Utah in 1996 with a bachelors in biology, then from West Virginia University in 2000. He received advanced education in general dentistry at the VA Medical Center in Martinsburg, West Virginia, in 2001 before coming back to start Pinnacle Dental in October of 2002. Dr. Cannon loves helping others, and our family practice loves to serve our patients. He is married to his wife, Sylvia, and they have three grown children and two grandchildren. In his free time, he likes skiing, reading and exercising.
Daisy took one year of dental assisting at Eagle Gate College before joining Pinnacle Dental in December of 2011. She started as an intern after meeting Dr. Cannon at the college dental office where he was a teacher. She officially joined a few months later and worked as an assistant until she became the office manager in January 2022. She loves meeting new people and helping them change their life with a new smile, as well as making each person feel welcome and at ease. Daisy has been married for over 10 years and has four children.
Mandi was born in Taylorsville, Utah, and has lived in seven different states in the Western U.S. She lived in Portland, Oregon, for 11 years prior to moving back to Utah. She attended the Utah College of Dental Hygiene, where she earned her bachelors degree in dental hygiene and graduated with honors. She loves spending time with family and friends and being active. She is passionate about the dental hygiene field and is devoted to giving her patients outstanding care.

Dr. Cannon is ver knowledgeable and had a great bedside manner. I have TMJ and recession and he was the only dentist I visited that was able to provide me more in-depth information on these conditions other than "get a night guard". I would recommend him to anybody.

I love this office! They do a great job and are so friendly. The best part is Dr. Cannon is able to take care of more complex problems like root canals or extractions. My previous dds use to send me out for this. Now I can get my tooth issues taken care of right away. They do a great job at fitting you in for emergencies. Highly recommended!

When I called Dr.Cannon's office about problems with a root canal (from a different office) he made it possible for me to be seen immediately, removed the crown, made an impression, made me a temporary, made an appointment for me to see the endodontist next door to remove the post and a follow-up visit to replace the crown. Dr. Cannon was so personable, professional and gracious. And, he said he would not charge me! That is five star service!

Wonderfully amazing Dentist. I had a fabulous first visit. Great Dentists are a rare find. . This Dr Cannon... he is awesome I am not sure why my first review won't post? I think Dr Cannon is the Best Dentist I have ever been to. He is gentle and kind. Dr Cannon has gone the extra mile with me on Invisalign (cured life long headaches) and a crown. I give him 10 out of 5 stars.

I spent months researching dentists since I was in need of a new one. I am so happy I found Dr. Cannon. He is an outstanding dentist and he is also so great to talk to. His staff is also outstanding. If you are looking for a new dentist, I encourage you to go in and meet him. I also encourage you to go and read the reviews and scores of Dr. Cannon on the Cigna website. He's is the highest ranked dentist :) and there are great reviews. Update: I have continued to go to Dr. Cannon and just love him and his staff. Best dentist ever!
